Download the latest Legendary Setup application, version 2.13.0, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Tools app is developed by Thomas Nute and is easy to download and install.
Previous versions, including 2.13.0, are also available. If you need help or have any problems, please let us know.
Description
Features:
• Simple and easy-to-use interface
• Mix and match preset with random elements
• Allows both inclusion presets as well as exclusion presets
• Automatically adds/sets required elements such as villains
• Gives other setup notes such as bystanders and extra cards
• Up-to-date support for newest expansions (including X-Men expansion)
• Save/Load setups and keep track of scores
Development of the app will continue as long as users want new features and expansions for the game continue to be released. Please e-mail me any bugs/issues you find and I will fix them promptly. You can also email me with questions, comments, or suggestions.
Please note that content from new expansions is added as soon as I can. This usually happens within a couple days and should never take more than a few weeks.

5 ★ Abandoned. Even tried contacting by email. There are two other free ones with excellent support that I would recommend instead. EDIT: just heard back from developer that it's about to be updated. Great news!! EDIT2: And indeed it was!
4 ★ World War Hulk and Ant-Man soon? Venom is releasing soon, and that would make this 3 expansions behind. I like using it, but can't if not everything is up to date.
2 ★ Almost instantly refunded. The app was 2 expansions behind which is about 4 to 5 months. There is a free randomizer that stays up to date with expansions in a more timely manner.

2 ★ Not as good as the free one. There is no intelligence behind the app. It will give you a Mastermind who needs Marvel Knights then give you no Marvel Knights in the Hero deck. Save yourself a dollar. Not worth it.

3 ★ Currently if you selects only to includes the last 3 small box expansions ie only noir, deadpool or capt 75th the app crash instead of the usual too few exp included message
