Description
The most basic ballet technique is the standing technique. Eits don't get me wrong, this standing technique is important, you know. Well, all these basic techniques are then combined with good coordination techniques. The body part when it starts to stand, rotate, to maintain the balance must be harmoniously intertwined so that you can do ballet movements with the right technique. Coordination between body parts is also important in order to avoid the risk of injury.
