1 ★ Like some others decided to buy this and was extremely frustrated after spending 2 days trying to set up the App on my Samsung Galaxy S8 I think the company needs to change their App Developer as this one clearly hasnt got a clue It is so complicated it just keeps crashing When it did work and I switched my phone off and on I then had to start from scratch again I have other apps for various WiFi cameras I own which work flawlessly but this one is rubbish I did consider returning it but after considering what the freight was going to cost and the chances of getting any refund have decided to throw it in the bin
1 ★ I have done everything it says and it has connected to my wifi but the app says it cant connect to the camera
5 ★ Great app. No issues at all. The first time setup sometimes takes 2 to 3 tries to get it linked up. After, zero issues.
1 ★ Software out of date as well as the security certificate. Motion detection requires cloud service.
1 ★ Zero stars.. why are they still selling this product? It doesn't work. It doesn't connect. Keep saying no internet in the app but but my phone WiFi/ internet says otherwise. Just trash this product and stop selling it.
