Within the Amara Bay community, the first residences that will be built will be the Branded Residences tower, on the corner of J Street and Marina Parkway. The Branded Residences will feature generous condos averaging 1,700 SF in size, with large entertaining kitchens, walk-in pantries, large bedrooms, and walk-in closets. The interiors of the residences will be appointed with elegant and sophisticated floor finishes, wall finishes, cabinets, kitchen appliances, plumbing fixtures, and electrical fixtures. The residences will be equipped with the latest technology for entertainment, communications, security, and energy savings building systems. The private residences at the top of each building will feature privately owned green roof terraces.
