This yoga class for complete beginners is great for people who are just starting out with yoga, seniors, or anyone who is looking for a gentle stretch class.
This 20 minute gentle yoga for beginners is designed to give you greater relaxation, more energy and joy. It moves through a series of relaxation and crocodile poses to relax the lower back. Shoulder exercises to relax the neck and shoulders. Sitting forward bend for flexibility. Inclined plane for strengthening the back. Spinal twist for good massage of the abdominal organs. Final relaxation to really let go. You will feel full refreshed and recharged with these exercises.

5 ★ I really enjoy this app! The yogi is so patient and slow that it works perfect for a true beginner. I've had issues with my back since the car accident and lots of headaches. This has helped my back increasingly. Every time I do it I feel stronger.
5 ★ For me, the instructor is what makes this app great. She gives good explanations and gives you time to move from one position to another. She gives fun encouragement too - a bit of humor. I do a lot of walking and running and doing this routine in the evening helps me stretch out and relax. I also find that it gives great body awareness. I'm now more aware of how I stand and move.
4 ★ I just started, but so far I like it. The instructor takes time to explain things. And it doesn't hurt that she has a very calming tone.
5 ★ I am as stiff as a board, waking up every day with aches, pains and stiffness. 15 min beginner workout loosens off all those aches and is a great start to a day.
5 ★ Perfect for beginners, allows you to feel your body and understand the connection between movement and breath which is often missed in beginner yoga classes as one strains to keep up with the moves and loses the breath and the connection.
4 ★ I wanted to learn yoga to strengthen my back as I have back pain at the moment. The lady was great not trying to get you to stretch further than you feel comfortable.
5 ★ Just the start i needed. Having to adapt some poses to accomodate a dodgy foot and hip but not its stopping me. Loving it so far.
1 ★ After trying I don't even know how many yoga apps tonight to try to find one that is actually what it says it is, this is the last one I'm bothering with, and I uninstalled it as soon as the first video started. I just saw this video on youtube and uninstalled the app that has the instructor's name on it right before trying this one out. This is either stealing her work or is a second attempt by her to solicit more youtube views and unearned 5 star ratings. Either way, I already have an app for youtube, I don't need a second one that only links to certain videos.

5 ★ This is a fantastic app for beginners! I've tried other beginner app for yoga but this takes the cake with some small 'research' sections for how to begin, what you may need and explanations on how to do 15 yoga poses, what they do and how they help you and then it ties it all together with some basic videos if you're a visual learner with a great coach who even shoes you how to properly breathe during yoga!
