1 ★ I have restarted this dadgum app 10 different times and it keeps saying it's an internet connection issue but it's the ONLY app having problems on my phone.
2 ★ Neat idea but you would think as much money as i spent on my bookshelf they would have someone review the instructions a little better. I had to stop using the app and uninstall it then go back to paper documents. Real disappointment.
1 ★ This app sucks on helping to build the things. It says that it's not able to connect try again. Every time it says that. I'm done with the app
1 ★ The illustrations were fine and detailed but the app didn't specify the labeling of hardware. So I had to use the paper instructions anyways. Also the scanner was useless.
5 ★ Hardest part was opening the box. The directions for assembling the chair was specific and very easy to follow.

1 ★ so far, after 15 plus minutes, those app will not download. I never have that problem. so there is a real problem with the app. Itisa great idea though.
