Description
Gif home widget app plays your favorite animated GIF on your home screen.
Add a GIF and play it on your home screen, be it your family moments or your favorite movie scene or anything in GIF file format.
Key features:
• Play single / multiple gifs on home screen.
• Generate and play gif of photographs.
• Move gif anywhere on the home screen.
• Resize gif.
Play gif in 4 steps:
• Long press of 2 secs on home screen
• Select 'Widgets' option
• Hold gif home widget and drag it on the home screen
• Choose your favorite / default gif and click on 'Apply image' button.
Gif on home screen is ready to play.

4 ★ really easy to use, works great but suddenly my gifs were gone! tried to add them back but couldn't. turns out the gif was there but was not visible. so i removed and added it back again. if this was fixed it would be really cool!
2 ★ After the latest update, the gifs or stickers from giphy have gif home widget watermark underneath :(
2 ★ It would not let me use images instead of gif's even though there's a button that gives you an option to use pictures instead I don't mind either way but it's kinda stupid to include that don't you think

4 ★ This is the only Working Gift Player on Google Play so this gets three stars. Buuuuut you can only put one widget at a time so minus 2 stars. So I would like to update my rating to 4 stars instead of 3 the past issue has been solved. The only thing that prevents this app from being perfect is that sometimes the app freezes or slows down considerably. Buuut this can be fixed by refreshing the app manually. Is there any way this app can automatically refresh itself every two or three seconds??
4 ★ Works most of the time, but every couple of days all the gifs freeze up and you have to put a new gif down to get them playing again. Other than that it is great
2 ★ Stopped working after the update, it wont make any widgets in my home screen for some reason But before the update, it worked as intended

1 ★ all of a sudden the gifs disappeared and there is no way to get them back.. when i tap on the space my phone just locks. I am using the default launcher on an s21.
5 ★ Does exactly what I wanted it to do. Works smoothly, is completly free, has no ads and is very easy to use. A small improvement I would like to see is: when clearing the cache, it also stops playing the gifs (obviously) and in order to start them again it opens the app first. I wish it was possible to start the gifs with a single button press on one of them instead of directing me to the app first. Nevertheless, awesome app :)
2 ★ The gifs sometimes freeze and won't load. The app keeps stopping.
1 ★ Force close. Won't start. Uninstalled. My device is a SF standard issue model 2260 series with the usual capabilities. No duotronic upgrades have been added. Nothing unusual. Tried it again after the update. Problem persists. Uninstalled a second time. There will not be a third, as I've found a similar app that works.
5 ★ Excellent experience using this widget. Personally I use this all the time as it can be a creative way to personalise your screen. Easy to use and set up for your preferences but I've had a few glitches when I put a gif on my homepage? Where, if I went to my control centre, I could see random controls turning on off for some reason?
5 ★ Best app for gif widgets for sure. Works well and gives smooth animation. (Edit: Was nitpicking about battery use. Noticed something. Doing more tests)
1 ★ Everytime I installed this app, it disabled my audio. (did it twice) Mord hassle than it's worth. I cannot recommend it.
