READ REVIEWS!!!! everything sucks on this camra and app the only thing that is nice is being able to see your baby from your phone .... alerts are delayed "live feed" is delayed your baby wont even be crying and it will say they are .the bpm is wrong it. really is not worth the money!!! DO NOT BUY READ THE REVIEWS!!!!!!!

1 ★ UPDATE: Connectivity issues. I can't even use my dang monitor to see my baby the past couple days. Internet is fine, camera is fine but no connection. So upsetting. Two changes I'd like to see for this to be five star... 1. Screen rotation option. That way you can lay your baby whichever way and rotate the screen so they're right side up in the image. 2. Screen dimming. Even with my phone's screen at the dimmest setting, the app image is too bright late at night.

2 ★ been using for awhile longer now, updated from 3 to 2 stars. I get about a 5 second delay but my wifes iPhone doesn't. So it's obviously an issue with the app. Breathing monitor for which it advertises as it's most compelling feature barely works. Your child must be absolutely still and even then only registers sometimes. Alerts, when they work, are no different then an email alert and just as easy to miss. I thought they would be more like an alarm then a single chime.

4 ★ love it. I've been using this cam for about 5 months now (lil man is 7mo). It definitely put me at ease as far as his safety goes. It only loses one star because loading up the live stream view takes quite a while and has to be power cycled every other day or it will show offline. Otherwise, I love watching him sleep peacefully. Also, not sure if it's a settings thing, but I don't get the right sound notifications if my ringer is on. I tend to just leave the app open so I can hear him cry.

1 ★ Video is delayed. I usually hear my baby crying before it shows him crying. It always takes a bit to load the video when I open the app. The alerts are delayed or inaccurate. My baby will be crying and then at least 5 minutes later the app will alert me that he's crying. Usually I've already picked him up. It will also alert me that the baby went to sleep when the baby isn't in it's crib. Not happy with this purchase. Expected more.

1 ★ Don't waste your money on it. You will NOT get notifications of your baby crying, waking up, or anything. If you have 2 cameras half the time it will only bring up one and only show you one baby. About 80% of the time it will tell you one baby is crying, you go in the app and it's the other baby's video playing of them crying. When you get a notification your phone won't go off or make noise. If you get a notification it will say your baby went to sleep or is crying and they aren't even in there.

1 ★ has been offline for 4 days straight. This app is totally unreliable. I tried to contact customer service and found out you have to schedule a 15 minute call window on their website.That's horrible customer service! I want my money back.

4 ★ I honestly don't know how to gage my rating. I bought this product a year ago it only worked while connected to ether cord that worked great wifi never worked. reached out with zero help but a year later after snapping I was informed technical support could of helped with the set up. so basically my advice speak to tech and give it a chance. My sister loved the product I wish I would of got the chance to really use it.

5 ★ 6-1-19 update- the app and product gave been working the way I expect for about 2 months now. Everything is fixed and working well so I changed my review gettin 1 start to 5 stars. Thank you for fixing it finally! 2-25-19 update- still having constant problems on 3 separate android platforms. Current problems include echoing, horrible video distortion and sound coming through even when the app is off. Constant problems since the update.

2 ★ The app makes an alert noise when there is no baby in the crib. At first it only did it a couple times now last night it went of 5 or 6 times alone and the baby isn't even in his room or the crib. This is ridiculous. The only way to stop it is to restart my phone. Otherwise, there is a few second delay of the video and sound as well as the breathing monitor o LG working half of the time regardless of being installed properly.

3 ★ It works but could use improvement. When you have the Live Stream window open my phone's home button disappears and I am also unable to do split screen with this app on my phone. Lastly I wish that there was an option when my baby is crying to have the notification go off (with sound) until I dismiss it. I am always worried I'll sleep through it so I have one of the louder notifications on for my settings and it's a little obnoxious to have on all of the time (i.e. during the day)..

1 ★ Ever since the last two updates, the app has been horrible. I get over 50 false crying notifications a night! Every time the baby stirs in bed or takes a deep breath, the app tells me she's crying. Never had this issue before the update. Very disappointing because I feel like there's no point using the app or the camera anymore. Even after contacting customer support, nothing has changed. I wouldn't suggest this baby monitor unless they fix the bugs. Complete waste...

1 ★ 2nd edit: Back to a 1. it was working great for naps but now that my son has been sleeping in his own room for the last two nights, the app is giving me problems again. Both nights, I wake up to him crying but the app is offline. Keeps going in and out when I'm awake. I need something more reliable.

1 ★ very bad!. I had all the problems below describe from all customers. No need to be repetitive. The only way out is to put back an old app version a month ago or so (old features) but at least all the customer could use the camera. Do not ask me for text or email the support team which I did. Just put back remotely the old version for all customers and do not release any further update until you tested in your side.

2 ★ Keeps going offline or completely shuts down. Sometimes the images are distorted and shaky. This is a baby monitor, you cannot afford these mistakes!! Terrible!! Did the last update and still having problems. The one most important thing is to be able to see your baby - how can you rely on this if the app shuts down or it goes offline??? Baby is still sleeping in our room now but can't trust moving him into his own room with this app which will probably shut down in the middle of the night
