1 ★ Bought subscription but due to system error cannot order so they are systematically blocking you so you can't claim 15 smoothies for 15 days... It's a scam...
1 ★ After Kauai cancelled my order, they still have not returned my money and don't respond. If you want to use the app, NEVER EVER use your debit or credit card.
1 ★ Tried to order a subscription with no option to pay for it. Credit cards is loaded. Tried to call the help line on the app with no answer. Poor service
1 ★ Advertising free delivery can't input my address for delivery due to postal code bug from your side. Basically useless.
1 ★ Keeps crashing when I try to register. Only crashes when I use the email address box.
1 ★ STILL doesn't work! Can't log in or register without the stupid app crashing!
1 ★ Not user friendly. Need a way to communicate with someone who can help with issues on the app instead of just sending an email.
3 ★ What happens if you purchase a subscription in the evening and you are unable to use that days voucher, does one lose out?
1 ★ This app doesn't work past the registration screen.
1 ★ It doesn't apply coupons/discounts when you pay. So you blindly pay hoping these discounts will be applied. Sometimes they are, sometimes they aren't. Really an average app.
2 ★ Unable to make a purchase i contacted the customer care. It appeared that you first need to register your bank card before you try to use the ordering system. I recommended they give an indication during the purchase process or in the cart, but customer service lady gave me an ear full instead of understanding the issue.
1 ★ Always says "took too long to get a response" when you try and register. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
1 ★ The app is not user friendly. It is not my responsibility to go look for how to access my smoothy subscription. This has caused that I have paid for a smoothy instead of using the the subscription. You should make the app that I know exactly what is going on.
1 ★ I cannot register on the app. It keeps stopping/ crashing as I get to type in my email. I have screenshots to show this. I need to use the app to buy a Kauai smoothie subscription. It literally doesn't work. I have a Xiaomi phone and maybe it does not work with these. Why try sell products on an app that doesn't work?
2 ★ This app works 1/5 times I try to use it and that sucks because I love Kauai.
