2 ★ It's well laid and easy to use, but doesn't always work. Often when you click to buy goods it says currently out of stock. I tested this on many different items in different sizes and it came up every time. When the site is working properly though it's good. Just a bit unreliable. Their shops are good though, filled with top designer brands.
1 ★ I've bought a few items but got an email to say some things/all have been cancelled... Out of stock. It doesn't tell you which one so I don't know if I'm getting any of the items. The delivery is poor aswell, no one can tell me what's happening they need time to investigate.

5 ★ simple, easy and fast, only thing is that it does not give enough info on the materials and tech (T-shirt & polo, washable or dry clean). other than that, sufficiently great app.
1 ★ Cannot view anything. Literally anything. Absolute waste of time says "please try later". I won't be.
1 ★ The app is not the problem, delivery was. Hermes have lost my trainers now I have to wait 28 days for it to be resolved whilst out of pocket.. Totally unacceptable.

2 ★ 3rd time i have ordered with next day delivery.. not once has it turned up next day .. app is fine.. need to change their delivery provider.
