1 ★ Can't understand why this app needs access to so many aspects of the phone. Moreover, the order tracking aspect is a complete waste of time. Becky is either on leave or doesn't understand your requests. Company itself is very efficient at taking your money bur over a week later, there's no sign of a gift token (just a bit of cardboard?) getting out of the warehouse. I'm embarrassed that this is a British company.
2 ★ Can't even sign in on the app, keeps saying my details are incorrect.... But yet the same information works fine on the website???
