The MeetingNOW app requires you to have your account details from the conference provider; these details will be provided directly to business customers by the conference provider and are not available through the app.
Support issues with the app should be raised with the support desk of your conference provider.
App permissions
MeetingNOW - Conferencing 1.2 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
