Description
We have tried to make the application as clear, straightforward and enjoyable as possible, so that you can use it in a gym or at home as part of your daily routine.
The application covers mobility, cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and breathing exercises with additional information on other classes and sport as well as information about AS for gym personnel.
ABOUT NASS:
The National Ankylosing Spondylitis Society (NASS) is the only registered charity dedicated to the needs of people affected by ankylosing spondylitis (AS) in the UK.
NASS provides information and advice and campaigns to raise awareness of AS and the needs of people with AS. NASS has a network of branches in the UK, providing regular exercise and hydrotherapy sessions supervised by NHS physiotherapists. We also actively encourage our members to take part in research into the causes, genetics and management of AS by recruiting volunteers for various research projects around the UK.

5 ★ This is a great little app for anyone suffering from AS. Its also suitable and helpful for others with muscle pains as it contains lots of information on exercises that could benefit you including instructional videos. Many thanks to the creator's.
5 ★ I was recommended this after being treated by a physio therapist in hospital when I was told I had AS and it has come in handy to use for the workout diary and the demonstrations are great incase you need a reminder of what exercise to do & how to do it.

3 ★ Love this handy app to remind me wherever I go what stretches I can do at work / commuting / home to help my Ankylosing Spondylitis. Unfortunately it was too big to fit on my HTC desire (I had 34MB free space but was insufficient) and the background doesn't scale properly on my Nexus 7. It still works though.
