2 ★ Clothes are great, but they need to fix their entire site/app set up. Hard to find clothes. They don't need designers, they need more qualified professional technicians to organize the entire site. Shein beats the organization of products over this. Sorry Nova, I would buy stuff but how if I can't filter out the lengths of tops and other clothing? Don't ask me to email you, I already put my point out right here.
1 ★ The App is dirt. Complete dog water. Better off ordering from the site. Had the App for over a week and can't use it. It just remains stuck on the opening screen.
3 ★ I ordered clothes from there about a month ago and it was way too tight so I just returned it and I sent it out 2 weeks ago and have still not even received an email saying that they even received it I've read stuff online where they have huge issues with customer service and returns and I need my money back
1 ★ I REALLY DON'T LIKE THIS APP!! Why isn't there a way to filter the search results?? Am I looking at 100 results or 10,000? Are there any reviews with pictures? Navigating this app is frustrating and I'm disappointed.
2 ★ There clothes are okay.. buuuut I dont like there RETURN POLICY. You shouldn't get store credit so your obligation is to rebuy something off the site. Sometimes there may not be something on here you not quit looking for or just didn't like.. I hate not being able to try on clothes first before you buy them..
2 ★ I like sooomme of their stuff, yes it's affordable but return process is a scam, it's April 1st my returned items were received by THEM March 15th and NO ONE will help return my money even after sending ALL the proof requested by them, im out about $45 thank God it wasn't more, il update my review if my experience changes but so far customer service is through email chat and not very helpful and doesn't look promising.
2 ★ The app is discouraging. Why aren't the curve models featured for Fashion Nova Curve? Also some of the clothing shown in curve aren't even the right sizes. I prefer the website as of now. If I'm shopping curve I'd rather see models I can relate too.
2 ★ The app is not fun to use. If I'm looking under "Curve" and filter with my size, why show me a bunch of stuff in SMALL and XSMALL?! Add the additional filter of only showing me items that are currently in stock. But SMALL and XSMALL sizes shouldn't even show for CURVE
3 ★ What happened to the "favorite" key/button/function?? There used to be a blank/white heart in the corner of the picture that u could click on to add to your favorites & after u clicked on it the heart would be colored in. I would have given this 5 stars but now that the favorites function is missing only 3 stars.
1 ★ First of all this app all of a sudden is crashing and closing and now I can't get in touch with anybody from the fashion Nova customer service because every time I try to open this app it closes and shut down this is the most janky ever ever known and if I would have known it was so raggedy I would have never spent so much money just to have my clothes shipped somewhere else and then nobody is even available able to be contacted to say anything or dispute the transaction I just spent money to
2 ★ The shipping is ridiculous it shouldn't take 3 weeks to receive an order when the money was deducted from your bank account immediately. There is no customer service number to call they don't answer you get a beeping sound. The chat within the app is not so good either they sometimes just close the chat without a resolution. It's 3 weeks no order my birthday is in a few days and i bought my birthday outfit from them. I have always supported them the clothes are nice. I am disappointed.
2 ★ It's very sad that you can't even contact this company when you have a return issue because there is no customer service number. I also sent a message via Facebook site and still no response. So I guess I'm just out of money and the product I returned.
1 ★ I ordered from here and it has been 4 days without receiving my order confirmation email from them. I spent 40 dollars on pants and have yet to receive any details on when the order is coming. I contacted them and they have yet to reply. I only shopped here because they're the only brand that sell somewhat decent and fashionable plus sized clothing for men. Now I'm out 40 bucks on 2 pairs of pants (that I have yet to receive), congratulations on being the worst app ever. Don't shop here!!!
3 ★ The app is over all pretty good, but recently the favorites section is gone. I can no longer add or view items in my favorites. I would have to go on the website to use that feature
1 ★ Fashion Nova is HORRIBLE. I made two separate orders and I need to return them because the quality is 0 out of 10 and the items do not fit. I tried to contact them BUT you can't contact them directly. I want to sens both items back together but AGAIN, I cant contact them directly. To top it off, they make you pay for each return. Never ordering with them again.
