1 ★ NOTE: This review is for the app. The tea itself gets ALL THE STARS. I want to love this app. It even offers discounts! The "favorites" section is especially helpful. Sadly, it just plain doesn't work. Search for the tea I want to order takes so long that I just gave up, found/bought it on the website, and returned to find the app still trying to load. Restarting the app or the phone, clearing the app's cache, nothing works. I probably would buy even more if the app worked, too. :/
2 ★ I absolutely love these teas. This app, however, leaves something to be desired. It froze while trying to apply a coupon code, so I went back and placed my order without it. It froze again while submitting payment, so I have no idea if my order went through. I hope these issues will be fixed soon, but for now, I'm sticking with the website.
4 ★ UI is simple and easy to use. Signing into my account, I kept getting an error saying my information didn't exist in the system yet I got signed in. It also won't show me to change my information unless I go into the Loyalty Rewards tab which loads up the web browser. Wish three was a wishlist your could share with family members for birthday/Christmas stuff. #dontworryTEAhappy
4 ★ The app seems well designed - it's clear the Harney team has taken some time to make it good as soon as it rolls out. The layout is a bit confusing right now and in some ways it's easier just to find things on their website, but I think Harney will continue to improve the app. Overall a great place to get your tea!
3 ★ The application is just okay. You're better off going to the website on a computer/laptop for more details, organization, and faster processing. The layout of the app needs some adjustments, in my opinion. It also needs better filtering options for what you're looking for in a tea. Just an idea.
5 ★ My daughter and I found out about Harney & Sons tea while we were on vacation. The teas are delicious, our favorite was the African Autumn, we had stopped at a coffee shop and they made a special drink with it 😍 loved. Will have to go back there! The app is easy to navigate. #DontWorryTeaAppy
5 ★ Harney & Sons teas are fantastically delicious, and it's obvious that the app was crafted with that in mind. I haven't had any trouble finding my orders. I do wish there was a way in-app to edit my subscriptions, but maybe it's just buried somewhere and I haven't found it yet. #DontWorryTeaAppy
5 ★ I've always had Harney & Sons blueberry tea or tropical green tea at Barnes and Noble and just the other month finally went their store in New York and wow. This company is great. The selection and taste is amazing and the staff are really knowledgeable. But now I get to shop on the APP?!! The UI is easy to go through and viewing orders is as simple as hitting the menu > account. Sold even more with this company. I will be restocking my Titanic Blend AGAIN and will continue to buy from Harney & Sons as long as they allow me to!! #Don'tWorryTeaAppy
3 ★ After a terrible bug that didn't allow me to open the app is fixed, I raise my review to 3 starts, but boy does the app neee some help. I urge the devs to try the app on a Note9 or any Android phone. There are many bugs, and the app doesn't feel finished. A polished app will make Harney & Sons look much better.
5 ★ I buy H&S teas often enough; the app just makes sense. It will help me decide what I'll try next...so many scrumptious options.
