Description
The employees can take control of their own HR tasks with the Talent mobile app. This app makes it easier for the employee to request time off, change attendance / shift. or even completing their personal data.

- See who's on leave today and on any future date in the dashboard
- See the available balance of your time off
Manage Attendance
- Review employee time and attendance records
- Enable employee to easily request attendance / shift
Company Directory
- View colleague's basic information and contact details all in one app
- Check your employment and personal data, update your data information through the approval
Notifications
- Push notifications to keep you in the loop on the status of your requests
To use Talenta mobile app, your company must be a Talent customer and you must have a Talenta login.
App permissions
Talenta 2.85.0 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

1 ★ Hi Talenta Team Sorry for the 1 star, this app bugged so bad, there are 2/3 times a week that I always failed to Clock in or Clock out due to missing button, reinstalling the app doesn't help. Please fix this.

1 ★ Can't input reimbursement data, reoccuring server error, and now keep notifying ads for mekari flash sale or something. It keep sending me emails to about the ads. This review is already detailed enough so no, I'm not going to send you email and complain about it again. Go resolve the issue by fixing the app instead of making weird ads.
2 ★ Reminder clock in and out feature doesn't even work properly (sometimes i'm not receive the notif), it got reseted suddenly even i don't touch the setting, but when i want to set it back, i can't change the time specifically when to clock in and out, only get default current date locked! So frustating
2 ★ I need a feature where you can preview the picture attendance, and decide want to send or retake. What if accidentally forget to cover the camera, and only wear bras while prepare. Please enhance this feature more safety! Thanks.
2 ★ Ugly UX. Just used it this morning because my office's system changed to this app. Very confusing button and flow esp on personal data changes and reimbursement. Haven't explore all the features yet, but I don't have high expectation after using this app for awhile.
3 ★ This app is pretty useful for HRIS, but I still can't input live attendance from here. I know we can input via the browser as a workaround, but UX-wise I feel inconvenient doing so. I hope you can fix this. Thank you!

1 ★ After your so called update and i have to re-login I could not make proper clock in-out even there's nothing wrong with my connection. Why do you always blame the connection anyway? And why is this horrendous app still in my phone. Tiring and wasting time just to make do clock in-out
5 ★ I'm using mi note 4 andro 7.0 and the new update makes the live attendance worse. I'm not using the app again, prefer the web Edit: after use the web for 3 days, then suddenly the live attendance feature disappear? Then I try to use the app again and it works well now, thank you
