1 ★ Currently in major crisis mode because of Dialpad. I run a small business and use the SMS Texting as my primary mode of communication. Now, the ability to send messages has been taken away due to "SMS Registration." I have been working with Dialpad support over the course of months to get the registration right. And I have done everything they said and confirmed it with them. Now, all of the sudden, my SMSs are getting rejected, and they say it will take weeks at a minimum to get it back.
1 ★ I'm not happy calling people that I should be able to send text messages to. I'm paying you guys an annual fee to make sure I can text and call people and you're not doing what I'm paying you for.
5 ★ Having used Dialpad, I can confidently say it transforms the way teams communicate and collaborate.
1 ★ Terrible customer service. Can't get me logged into the system. Can't contact my staff. Told it will take up to 48 hours to correct.
