Description
The NCLEX is designed to test knowledge, skills and abilities essential to the safe and effective practice of nursing at the entry level. The NCLEX-RN® is a variable length, computerized, adaptive test. The NCLEX is not offered in paper-and-pencil or oral examination formats. The NCLEX-RN examination can be anywhere from 75 to 265 items. Of these items, 15 are pretest items that are not scored. Regardless of the number of items administered, the time limit for this examination is six hours.
The NCLEX-RN® exam is pass/fail, which means there is no numerical score. The test will continue until it has 95% confidence that you are able to answer 50% of questions correctly. This means that you need to answer the medium difficulty questions correctly at least 50% of the time to pass.

4 ★ Very helpful. Answers to questions contain rationales. It would be nice if you had to verify your answer as I have accidentally selected the wrong answer attempting to adjust the page. Edit: I purchased a new phone and have not been able to transfer progress my new phone.

3 ★ For the most part a great informative app. However I have caught a couple questions that are clearly wrong or explanation is incorrect. For example, in an explanation for Hemophilia it states that pain is very rare. Hmmm? Another question about Guillain-Barre stated the most concerning nursing assessment was "even & unlabored respirations". Makes me wonder what else I'm missing.
3 ★ For it to be an app you have to pay for, there really should be more testing categories. They need categories for each body system.
5 ★ Thus far quite helpful as I am using this as a refresher review/guide. I hope to return to practice after 4 episodes in 5 yrs of Osteonecrosis (each requires 6-9 months of N.W.B. - wheelchair or Bed rest/BRP initial 5 months.) So I can tell you heros' on the frontline, each night I pray for you- I pray to join you again. It's hard to find a purpose in life when always thought it was nursing. Now if asked what I do, I work only as a way to keep living a fun life. Not a rich existence, a fun one!
5 ★ A few glitches in the exams. It marked some questions wrong even though they were correct. Rationale also proved they were correct. Other than that it's a very good app to practice NCLEX style questions. I like that it has a night mode with dark background and daily reminders.
3 ★ If you could implement a way to transfer your progress to a different device that would be perfect!
5 ★ I like it. But there were question there i find weird like it includes statement but not the answer which goes as . Depressed patient in a room with dim lights and a Manic patient with television on. I think it should be depressed patients should be in a room with a television on. And the other one should be Manic patient is in a room with dim lights. However theyre only choices but it seems the concept of these choices are wrong. Nonetheless, i love the app.
5 ★ So far so good. I've Only done the daily question so far and so far there multiple choice and it'll give a description of each of the answers in why the answer you chose is the best it's very easy to understand and a short and sweet is you can get with a detailed nursing question. I like how you can set practice exam dates and times and it doesn't alert me constantly and there's no advertisements so that's pretty cool It just shows a silent reminder so when I check my notifications I'm reminde

5 ★ Just downloaded this app yesterday and signed up for the premium service. I like it because it's easy to use anywhere that I am and the cost is very cheap and I can pay week by week which is good because my test is in a month
5 ★ rationale is brief and straight to the point. each subtest has 20 items which you wont feel exhausted answering
5 ★ I used the full version of this app went through every test and reviewed every rationale and passed the NCLEX-RN without any problems strongly suggest getting this app if you are about to sit for the test !
