4 ★ This app is amazing, I was so happy when i found out about this app. Because this is the only app here in the UAE that I can conveniently use to contact my mum back home, to which we enjoyed talking for hours, so smoothly. Until recently it stopped working, my mum and I were frustrated that we couldn't used it any more. Is there a way that the app can get fixed please?
2 ★ BAD APP DON'T DOWNLOAD I opened the app, signed up and recommended it to my friends. Once we got onto the call, my friend's voice was gliching and echoing. I tried out the filters and stickers but it didn't go as planned. There are no mini games or activities to do with friends. This is why I gave this app a 2 stars Thank you for reading my review.

5 ★ Before it's working very nice and with clear vids. But now i can see them clearly however they can't see me. There's a line. Tried to reinstall but nothings changed. 2 ★ I'm having problems when I want to switch the front camera to the rear one during a videocall and in the status screen , the app recognized just the telephoto 8 megapixel which is just used for super zoom (i have a huawei p30 pro) , I've tried to change the camera and I couldn't, but when I am in the chat and I want to record a video for sending, it detects the normal one, is definitely smoothy app because in other apps I can use the rear camera normal.
3 ★ I've had this app for a while now and I still do because it's actually clear and doesn't bug. It's also the only safest and free app to video call in UAE but when I tried calling today, it kept crashing the app and would go off after it shows "calling.." or "on board".. I really hope it's an app issue and that you could look into it to fix it. I don't want this app to be blocked too...
3 ★ Please enhance the setting for connecting to somebody in a group video for privacy. Like if there's someone trying to connect with us, we should have to confirm it first and not directly he/she connects with us. We know that there's a lock button to prevent others from connecting but last night, me and my partner were in a video and we fell asleep w/ the button locked. I woke up in the middle of the night then it was already unlocked. Lock button is not enough for a safe privacy setting.
5 ★ I think you should get this app it you love cute filters or communicating with you friends you can text and face time with family or friends. It takes a while to get set up but once you do it is totally worth it. Apps like these don't come around every day and it took over two days to find an app that was any good but this app is phenomenal.
2 ★ Hello, I started using Smoothy the last week of December, it used to be great, the calls weren't interrupted and it was almost always smooth. BUT recently the quality of the calls got worse, the call notification wont get across and it would take several tries before we get a steady connection. And just now the application completely stopped working for my friend and I. He reinstalled it twice but the app wont load any further and my own calls wont get across. Please, fix it. Help us.
2 ★ Careful with this app! One time i'm on a call i can hear another persons voice talking. I asked the person i'm talking to if she's with somebody and she said that she's alone, and i found out its from the app where the voice is coming from. Means other people might hear your conversation worst but i hope not can see you while on a video call.
4 ★ Very clear video and audio reception. I am using a fibr optic internet connection with 10Mbps down/upload speed yet the app suddenly crashes frequently. I observed that it is very smooth using the app, so fast reception but it is very sensitive as well. Well, I believe that the developer can still improve the smoothy app.
1 ★ it's been working phone on ios and android before but all of a sudden. it keeps on crashing on my Note8. i have delete the app and tried to install it again but its been 4 days and the installation process is not complete. ive tried it several times but its just saying "installing" that's it. i think its working fine on the ios though
3 ★ It was all good before but now it keeps on lagging. It does not connect on mobile data not unless you use vpn unlike before. If you use wifi it will tell you to wait after a few minutes and keeps on saying that. Hope you'd fix this issues. Thank you.

1 ★ I cannot use it here in australia I dont know what happened it was working for few days then all of a sudden stop my sister cannot call me anymore and I cannot call anyone anymore...and just now I download it again and I'm stuck to the welcome screen it didn't do anything I tried to sign up using my Google account but still didn't accept it then I tried to use facebook but still didn't work...can you please do something about this thanks
