You can ride a scoot wherever you want in the city and drop it off at any other Scoot location, 24/7. The Scoot app unlocks your vehicle and serves as your GPS navigation and dashboard while you ride. You can plan your route in the app or decide as you ride.
Our vehicles are powerful enough for a quick commute, yet easy enough for date night or a weekend adventure.

Scoot is the original shared electric vehicle company. The vehicles in our networks range from our original electric motor scooters to new electric bikes and kick scooters. We operate thousands of these light electric vehicles (LEVs) in San Francisco and Barcelona to drive towards a greener future.
Scoot’s mission is to reduce global carbon emissions and traffic congestion that consistently plagues cities. In San Francisco alone, our riders have (to date) prevented over five million pounds of carbon dioxide from entering the atmosphere.
Scoot currently operates in San Francisco and Barcelona, but we plan to bring fast, affordable, fun transportation to more cities soon.

Notes:
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Scoot app
• To operate a vehicle you’ll need to grant the app access to your GPS location while you ride
• To operate a vehicle in San Francisco you'll need to verify your US driver’s license (no motorcycle license needed)
• To operate a motor scooter in San Francisco you’ll need to complete a safety lesson (video or in-person)
• Helmets are included

1 ★ Garbage app. Garbage verification system. I've signed up for 5 different scooter companies and this was the absolute least user friendly. Would not recommend to anyone.
2 ★ Rides broken for months on Pixel 2 + O. App requires a photo to end ride, but photo button has been broken for months.
1 ★ I only use it when I can't find any other way of transportation, because they always do the same thing, they take the exact amount of time to lock, so they can charge you another extra minute
1 ★ app doesn't work. i've been in touch with the helpdesk all day but no luck.
3 ★ onky support scanning driver license and can't manually type? Clearly developers think everybody is using the app in a perfect lighting condition. No matter I scan under morning sun or in the shade. Waste me 10min. Never going to use again!
1 ★ App is painfully slow and 2 out of every 3 scooters (stand up type) seem to be out of service. Have neither issue with Skip.
1 ★ Very small percentage of places to drop off. Despite commercials, can't go anywhere west of 19th Ave, including all beaches. can't drop off anywhere near tenderloin museums, ball park, or twin peaks.
1 ★ the app cant find an electric moped even though im standing in front of several. doesnt matter what time of day either- cannot locate or scan. ive uninstalled, reinstalled- nothing works.
5 ★ Probably the best bike and moto sharing in Barcelona. Easy to use. Please use this code "LUCAM8" if you want 5€ free on your first ride.
1 ★ this is the worst WORST APP I'VE EVER SEEN I'VE BEEN SIGNING UP ADDING CARDS VERIFYING FIXING PASSWORDS FOR 4 MONTHS STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN IT GOING WHEN I'VE CALLED THEN THEY SAY CONGRATS YOUR READY TO SCOUT AND STILL CAN'T GET IT GOING HORRIBLE APP HORRIBLE COMPANY
