1 ★ Good idea, but I wish I read the comments first. I didn't even finish my free trial and I can't get through to cancel. They are gonna be upset if they try to get any money from me
1 ★ While this is a great concept and a much needed app in this scary world, I did not read the reviews before downloading this app. Be aware that you CANNOT reach anyone to cancel your subscription and they will charge you!

3 ★ 17.99 per month is a lot of money especially for women who lives is bad neighborhoods. In general is a great idea but really you need more sponsors from the cities, states or government, to make this application work every time for everybody. I understand there is a cost of infrastructure but really this kind of service should be free with free membership. Get involve more sponsors...
1 ★ This seems like a scam. Tried to test call but message said unavailable. Tried to message an officer after 14 days still no response. Tried to cancel wouldn't let me. Tried calling customer service no one has responded back. They are taking my money when i told them after the first call from the officer i didn't want the service.
2 ★ The officer I initially spoke with was friendly and helpful in getting the app to work properly on my android phone. But when I was coming home late one nighr and tried to arm the system, it said no officer was available. This was around 1 AM. It happenened twice more. So I decided to cancel before my 2 week trial was up, but it said no membership found and the email address it gives to get help is invalid. But apparently my bank account was valid because they charged my account.
