What's new in MYKI: Offline Password Manager & Authenticator v1.32.5

## Assign Groups to Managed Companies

MSP Admins now have the ability to assign a group of users to a specific managed company, giving everyone in that group access to the company in one go. Groups can also be unassigned, instantly restricting access to every user in that group. In addition, a user can be reactivated or removed from all managed companies at once from within the MSP portal.

Ratings and Reviews

5 ★ Had some difficulties at getting used to the app at the beginning, but now everything is under control. Full of features and very competitive, compared to other well known apps, Not only passwords, but also 2FA, cards etc and I love the multi-device functionality. Highly recommended!

4 ★ Been using it on my Desktop and Android mobile for a long while now and I like it very much. My main issue is on my phone, it often doesn't recognise a login/password data field and I can't find a way to just "search" for the data and input it (as I CAN on the desktop). This is annoying & happens often enough that it becomes unusable...

5 ★ I used the free version for 3 days before purchasing full version. This is the BEST multifunction and platform password app. I advise everyone that asks to purchase. Also the customer support was prompt, patient, resourceful. Hands down # 1 app for my Samsung Note 10 +.

4 ★ Great when it works, but for such an important task, the app needs to be totally reliable. One recent update kept crashing, so I couldn't access my password list, and I couldn't even unlock my browser. The windows desktop app is completely unreliable for syncing, in my experience, so I don't use that. There needs to be more than one way to unlock my data in case the phone app is acting up, and syncing needs to be reliable with the desktop app. On the upside, they fixed the android app in 2 days.

3 ★ This is generally a really good password manager. I like the offline nature of it. There are two issues. 1) the auto fill feature never, ever works. Not in a browser nor any apps. 2) a security issue. If you have a browser plug in it saves encrypted backups. If someone gets your laptop they can very easily install the app, sync it with the laptop and then install the passwords from the backup.

5 ★ Needs some polishing, and better phrasing especially when redirecting from desktop to mobile or browser extension to desktop and vice-versa, the mobile app is bit slow to recognize forms, but not a huge problem to me since I'm not a heavy mobile user, on my PC I quite like it a lot, but also needs optimization as when the desktop app is running, the task manager in Windows shows 4 instances of the program working at the same time and they collectively consume kinda of a lot of resources.

1 ★ The app looks fine at first sight, but the functionality issues when it comes to sharing passwords well, thats something not at pleasant to look at like the UI of the app. I've checked the Reddit group and it seems that the sharing issue is for over 1 year known, but not solved, therefore I suspect that the free edition is only to annoy its' users and force them to pay for the full non-buggie version of the app

1 ★ App is good, I use it over two months. With browser extensions and desktop application. But the point is too buggy, okay it's enough to usable for a password manager. But still there are so many bugs such as sharing never works, there are bugs while auto-fill, and so on. The problem is not the bugs, the problem is they do not care how app is going on. They don't provide any fix. They just put fixes on enterprise part. This is why this app has low stars in playstore.

3 ★ Best alternative for LastPass and Bitwarden. Hands down the only password manager you will ever need. But there are 2 problems 1. Auto fill is not detected in other browser except chrome browser so then we have to tap on the auto fill notification to fill in the details. 2. After the login TOTP is generated and we get the notification but we can't copy TOTP from the notification. Looking forward for your update! Hope this helps.

1 ★ Has a link to install a desktop app, but the app won't install. It briefly flashes the icon for a few seconds, and then the installation just quits. As for phone, will it is asking me to input a code, but there is nowhere to enter the code. Or also calls your phone when it says it sent an SMS. This is likely due to the fact that I have to keep deleting my account, and then it says hold to delete. But as you are holding it will jump to the next screen, which This is off to a really bad start.

4 ★ Nevermind the problem I had, I already fixed it by turning on location. BTW I love the app but does the 'tap to show matching logins' notification never disappears even though there is no autofill? I need answers, and kindly fix it on the next update. But overall I love the app and it's storage sufficient since I would not have to use another 2fa app and a separate password manager.

3 ★ First impressions were great but failure to form fill in passwords on Android let it down, real shame. Works well on PC. Will check in on future developments to see if the issues are fixed. When they are, I'll be tempted to come and pay the one off payment for the extras.

4 ★ Migrated over from lastpass and a few of the new features I do like is the desktop browser extension gets locked when you close your browser. Yiu have to reauthorize the extension via mobile app. Nice security feature. What I don't like is the mobile implementation is lacking a key lastpass capability in that myki does not fill in the login/pass on mobile browsers. I'd 5 star this app if not for this feature which was present on lastpass.

5 ★ I've been using myki for over 2 months now and im very satisfied. I was searching a password manager since Last pass doesn't let u have two types of devices anymore. Ive been switching password manager to password manger. I have something i want them to add, not limit u to a 6 digit pin and let u add sysmbols and letters and caps. Really like the GUI its very clean and minimal.

4 ★ UPDATE: I added a star for the improvements. I've been using this app essentially since it launched, and it's been getting better with time. I'm glad I gave this app a chance instead of setting it aside after a week. I also bought the pro features and have not been disappointed. It still has some difficulty identifying password fields sometimes, but the perpetual notification provides an easy way to force it to search. The desktop sync integration is also fantastic. Keep up the good work guys!
