This app has no preset pairings, and instead calculates pairing suggestions based on the exact ingredients in your food, giving you a much wider variety of suggestions than "oh, you're having steak? Drink Cabernet!"


WineMate helps you pair like a pro, by teaching you principles wine professionals use to decide what type of wine to match with a food, rather than adhering to rigid, outdated rules like "red wine with meat, white wine with fish." This systems helps you pick out a wine that you love that also fits your meal, instead of just drinking something because some expert said you should. After all, the best wine pairing is the one that YOU love, and everyone's palate is different.
