Description
In furtherance of the Department’s effort to also be a national model in providing customer-oriented state-level law enforcement services and creating strong relationships in the community, ADPS is proud to present its mobile application, ADPS.
The app is free to the public and gives you easy access to the latest ADPS news and alerts, including Amber alerts, Silver Alerts and Blue Alerts.
In addition, the application includes a special feature for submitting anonymous tips.
Furthermore, the application allows users to access the State’s Sex Offender Registry, as well as access information about DPS office locations, department recruiting efforts and information on crime trends such as human trafficking.
The following features are included in the application:
•News: Read the latest news about the Department.
•Social Media: Have easy access to the Department’s various social media platforms.
•Submit a tip: Be the eyes and ears of ADPS and help the Department by submitting anonymous tips to help fight crime.
•Alerts: Sign up for alerts, including Amber Alerts, Silver Alerts and Blue Alerts.
•Sex Offender Registry: Access the ADPS sex offender registry.
•ADPS Recruiting: Find out everything you need to know about
applying to become an ADPS Trooper or professional employee.
•Locations: Find a list of ADPS office locations.
•Human Trafficking: Find out the latest information on human trafficking and how it can be reported to law enforcement.
ADPS will be adding features in the future so please select automatic updating when you download the application and stay tuned.
App permissions
Arizona DPS Mobile 1.2 APK requires following permissions:
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows an application to read from external storage.

1 ★ Pointless fearmongering at its best. Its been proven again and again that the registration is doing more harm than good. Its not these random unknown people you have to worry about, it's the people close to you and your kids. Don't let scientific research getting in your way of hyping fear, DPS. DPS, you suck and hopefully you'll gain a conscious someday so you can feel shame over this.
2 ★ Looks nice. Doesn't work on android. Tried it out on an apple device and just gives a loading screen constantly.
1 ★ Sex Offender Registry doesn't work. Alerts doesn't work. Uninstalled.
3 ★ It worked for a short while than stopped hope it gets fixed its nice info to have we did learn we have a pedo down the street to watch for so thanks for that.
