Description
Why use Pengi live agent app:
Efficient customer service: Increase productivity helping several clients at the same time by chat or voice channels. Reduce costs in physical support channels and improve customer care, sales, support, among others.
Free and unlimited interactions: You just need your phone’s Internet connection (4G/3G or Wi-Fi, as available) to let your clients call and text you even if they're in another country. You don’t need to get a mobile plan with voice minutes.
Agent tools: You can always change your password and switch user. Also the interface has tools such as add notes and see customer information. See and use your predetermined script sentences created on the admin console, which will allow an easier and faster communication.
Notifications: Push notifications and alerts of incoming interactions when you are not using the app.
Always logged in: Be always ready for your clients. Don’t miss any message and/or call. If you want to be offline for your clients, you just log out or just switch to another user. The client information will never be missed.
