5 ★ This is perfect to track ketos levels if you are starting a diet or you are fasting. Simple and straightforward.
2 ★ Would be great if you had input for blood ketone testing readings starting at 0.1 to 5.0 where optimal nutritional ketosis start at 1.5 -3.0.
