1 ★ Was hoping to use this app to help ease my budget with electronics. But amount cap at $1200 which is not visible for me.
1 ★ Didn't use the app to purchase anything after creating an account and one day decided to login only to find my account blocked and flagged for unusual activities, emailed them, received SOP replies. (Emailed same response as previously could not give me an exact reason to what unusual activities was detected, even when I didn't purchase any single thing using the app)
5 ★ Great service by customer service...even i have late payment charges they return back after i request to get back the money.

1 ★ Tried to download and set up the app for the first time. But was prompted that i am required to take a photo of my nric and log in to singpass to retrieve my personal details. Can i know if hoolah is an official government created app? And why the need for a photo of nric when based on new pdpa requirement, it is an offence to retain such personal information. Tried checking if it is a government created app but couldnt get any info. Can you please shed some info? Thank you

1 ★ Downloaded the app to make large purchase for new house. But their order limit doesn't make any sense. Like $1200 can't even buy the thing that I wanted. Waste of time. The user interface also isn't intuitive and no way to change the info already inside and no way to delete my account.
2 ★ I could only make purchase instore. No way for me to make online purchase as there isnt a hoolah option to pay. Chatted with live agent but solutions given does not help the situation. Have reinstalled the app many times but still no difference. Waste of my time and effort.
