But unfortunately our academics doesn’t cover most of this topics, due to this India is facing a massive skill gap problem with thousands of engineers graduating every year but only few possessing skills required in the industry now As a result most of the Civil Engineers are forced to choose other jobs.
As we all know there is a huge difference between courses we do and real jobs. No matter what we do we cannot overcome this unless we learn courses designed by working professionals, who are ready to share what they have learned in years.
