2 ★ Not worth the trouble - I stopped ordering from here often because it's so hard to use the app. The app runs very slow. I don't know what word is correct but I want to call the app heavy. It's well designed but takes 3 lifetimes to load....
5 ★ I love these products! I can afford to make green choices and get great cleaning products!
4 ★ The thing I don't like is Grove auto renews VIP membership, taking $ 29.99 out of your account without communicating with you. And It does the same with your orders No email, text, or notification. Why a progressive company with progressive values would not be absolutely not be 100% transparent is beyond me. Other than that spotless company to me.

4 ★ The app has been giving me a little trouble last order it wouldn't let me look at the VIP shop and kept rerouting me back to the main page and now it's doing that with the edit order in cart .
