1 ★ Really bad now. As others point out the swipe screen doesn't give the points when clicked but allows you to swipe. The last time this happened, there was an update. Now there isn't. My swipe screen hasn't worked in weeks, if all at this year. No more videos to watch to earn either. Very disappointing. I access the app daily but my earnings don't reflect it when you see 0 for swipe screens and I'm swiping 5 out more easily everyday.

2 ★ Frustrating...I live this app, but it is malfunctioning, "losing" points, misplacing rewards (which, I will say, they gave me my points back for tho), and the games are running so slow and keep shutting down. All customer service does is tells me to log out and log back in, like that's not the first thing we think of trying already! Hope it's fixed soon, because this was truly such a great app!

1 ★ This used to be a great app. The surveys paid out their points, the charge screen part of the app worked well and the pictures that showed that allowed collecting coins for acknowledging you saw them worked, too. When the charge screen stopped working as well as the pictures, I thought it was the age of my tablet. Now I have a brand new tablet and the app still does not work correctly. You want a better review, then I suggest you fix the app.

2 ★ I liked this app when I first was involved with it. Now it seems gimmicky and points not being credited. The game section does not work. I was told to delete and reinstall but game portion still does not work. I was logging daily for 300 streak points and they skipped a day with the wrong date so I lost 5 days. I emailed them but never received a response. Lastly, the 5 points for cat memes sometimes give you points and sometimes they don't.

1 ★ I used to like this app. It has gone downhill. Starting after the last update the lock screen freezes multiple times per day. The swipe and earn cat pictures don't work anymore. I have the latest version of the app on my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times. I have logged out then back in many times. I have also emailed customer service and they stopped responding to my emails. Please update the app

1 ★ Used to be great. Now, it screws you out of points and the surveys no longer pay you for at least trying. After I cash out this time (which will take forever since they screw you out of points and raised the points amount to cash out) I will likely delete it. It was good for the year I had it. No, I will not contact you via other means. This is where I've said my piece so please fix the app. Y'all should still have the codes to take it back to something functional. It's been a mess for months!

2 ★ App does pay out. But you're supposed to be able to earn more points by playing games. But when I tap on open play time I receive an error message telling me to contact support. But the issue has not been resolved. Also supposed to be able to earn 5 points by tapping on pictures but that does not work either. Even by uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

1 ★ ****UPDATE **** I found that SOMETIMES if I lock my screen with the app open it will then count charging time. Again only SOMETIMES.. Used to be awesome. I've redeemed many times over the years.. I have not received points for charging in many many months! I have lost so many points because of this. Might be time to take the app off :-(

1 ★ Short version: App no longer works the way used to. Get NO MORE Giftcard Either. Used to be an excellent app. Sadly I lost access to the games. they remove the charging lock screen, and the pictures don't give you coins anymore. The only thing that seemed to work was the surveys and the charging screen. I last cashed out before the new year and still haven't received my gift card. I contacted support over a week ago and got no reply.

2 ★ I used to love this app but lately I can't even play games through it anymore. I've tried to get assistance from the developers and they won't respond to my emails. I've also been cheated out of lots of points on the scroll screen. Now it takes way too long to get anywhere. Not sure if I will use this app much longer unless its fixed... very sad

2 ★ I've been using the app for a while now. It was a good app until over the last 4-5 months when it started cheating me out of my coins from playing games I downloaded in the "games" section as well as not giving coins for tapping on the cat pics. I've messaged multiple times and each time I had Chad reply. After telling him my full name and the email I use for Giftloop I never heard back from Chad. Fix the issues and I will change my review back to 5 stars

1 ★ I love this app! It's super easy to earn points & get gift cards, everybody should have this app! EDIT: Ever since I switched phones I have not been able to access games. I have contacted support and they have never fixed the issue. Fix the issue and I'll fix my rating. This was the primary way I was gaining coins bc the surveys are freaking boring. Fix it!!!

1 ★ This used to be a great app, however, in the last six months they have: 1- Reduced the credits for being disqualified from a survey BY 25%. 2- INCREASED the amount of points required to redeem for a gift card BY 200%! 3- ELIMINATED the daily bonus for watching videos. 4- REDUCED the amount of daily videos from 8 to 5! 5- Credits are no longer given for charging, and "support" wants a screen shot of something that is not happening. 6- Surveys now requires you to complete ANOTHER profile. 3 ★ UPDATE 3/21/20: Cashed out 75 cents for Amazon on March 1...haven't received it yet... Original: I like it and have cashed out but it really stinks. I have to open it shut it n off then turn off the wifi open a couple times then open again before it kicks in if I don't turn off wifi it doesn't kick in meaning the charging screen...makes it irrelevant and I often forget so if ita a charging screen reqards app and I make more installing apps you lost me...i want to plug in Nd not worry about it

1 ★ I changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 star, because since the update the app keeps crashing dozens of times a day. Plus on the charging screen they been having inappropriate sexual ads, so I can't charge my phone around my kids which isn't often. I emailed giftloop, they've responded twice but I haven't heard back to the last email for an answer about my lost coins due to the crashing app.
