Description
Simply select your favourite restaurant and pay securely via the app to place your order – it’s on auto-pilot from there on. We’ll promptly tell you at what time your order will be ready for collection, so that you can pop in-and-out of the office in minutes.
To make it even more efficient, we now have group orders to enjoy Camden Eats with friends or colleagues. Up to 4 people order together and split the bill - 1 person picks up the food and collects points to redeem for credit in the app. If you have a busy schedule, plan ahead and order for later in the day. In addition to that, many of our partner restaurants offer deals exclusively on Camden Eats.
Camden Eats makes it extremely easy to pay with either your personal or company credit card. Businesses can also conveniently subsidize coffees, lunches, dinners, or treats for their employees via the Camden Eats applications.
How it works:
1) Download and install the Camden Eats app.
2) Choose freshly made food from a restaurant near you while paying securely via the app.
3) Order it for immediate collection or schedule it for later in the day - alone or as a group.
4) Skip the line, pick-up your order and save money with exclusive deals and loyalty points.

2 ★ The app itself works perfectly on my phone. I have a great selection of nearby restaurants to choose from, and the prices aren't too bad depending on the location. However, out of the 3 orders I've done so far, 2 haven't been ready in time. This has been due to the app not working for the actual restaurant staff, so I've had to wait (reasonably enough) for my food. Not so great when I was relying on the app to collect food quickly on busy days. For one order, payment was taken by Redi but the restaurant didn't actually receive confirmation of my order, even though the app happily reports that my order has been received and prepared. In that situation, the restaurant very kindly and with no fuss prepared my order, but Redi should have been more reliable. Great idea, but I think I'll try it again when I see it has more reviews backing up is reliability. At the moment I've only had one order actually be on time and received by the restaurant and I can unfortunately see too many ways where I may have payment taken for an order and then not actually receive my order.
3 ★ I like the concept but unfortunately I often have issues with orders - confirmations that get cancelled when I arrive, orders not being ready when I arrive, incorrect orders given including meat when I asked for veggie. It's also annoying that I get notifications with voucher codes but when I click them I can no longer see the code to use. Staff are helpful resolving issues but it's not really worth the hassle. I hope these issues are resolved so I can use the app as some of the discounts are very good.
1 ★ This app is terrible it deceived me for lunchtime. It lied about the price I when I went to pick up my food place they gave me for meatballs and said ready hadn't lied about the price. Will never use this app again

1 ★ Installed this and tried to click on some food I wanted... It came up with the most ridiculous error message about an order schedule category not being set for an order to be ordered... Didn't make any sense. Also, when I tried to put in the promo code, it crashed. Needless to say, I wasn't able to order anything, hence the 1 star rating. I'm using a Sony Xperia Compact running the latest Android OS
