Description
To use G2G Now you must have a G2G PASS account and be approved to enter Western Australia.
To use this app please ensure you enable the following permissions 1) push notifications 2) camera and 3) location services when using the app. If you do not enable them you will not be able to use the app and will be monitored by WA Police with phone calls and in-person visits from police officers.
G2G Now is not a tracking app. Your location is checked at time of check-in and when you perform health updates.

G2G Now 1.2.8 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows access to the vibrator.

1 ★ Had worked perfectly fine the first few times but most recent check in failed and it said I wasn't at my registered location despite me never leaving.
1 ★ "It appears you are not at your quarantine location, please state a reason why." 10/10 cheers great work devs well it appears that this app is wrong & broken.

1 ★ Can't login as can't sign up. There's no link to sign up to this app. So how am I supposed to make sure I have a permit to enter WA???
1 ★ What a waste of resources. Absolutely every single feature on this app doesn't work properly and we've had several visits from officers anyway who have informed us of the constant problems everyone is having with this app. It never notifies you to check in, constantly tells you you are in the wrong location, asks you to give your reasons for failing to check in despite doing everything correctly. If any of my friends are put in this position I'll tell them not to download this app. A joke.
1 ★ no prompts to check in while in iso... been checking the app every hour and it just keeps saying "nothing to do here, will let you know when to check in..." I'm still waiting! won't be surprised if the police call wondering why I haven't checked in? maybe they should make sure the app works first!
1 ★ I've been trying to download the App and it won't e ven download. Im getting giddy watching the cursor go around and around. Probably tried a dozen times in various areas in case its a reception issue but alas, no luck!
3 ★ The overall experience is very good, the app is simple and works. However, it has a big issue that bothers a lot. When you are asked for a check-in, the app gives you a very short time frame, which is a problem, if you are taking a shower o cooking or doing whatever it takes more than 10 minutes without looking/listening your phone you might loose you check-in opportunity, simply stupid.
1 ★ Really good idea. Terrible execution. No matter your phone settings, the notification will be silent. I missed a few to begin with. Nor will notifications lead you to the app. Check in times are random but always on the hour. Generally 10am and 4pm. (I had 6 checkins in 14 days) Covid test was done on time and I entered it 10 odd times and it kept asking for covid test result. The ammount of calls I received from police defeated the purpose of the app.
2 ★ Easy to use but you can't turn the notification to ring ? I have my phone on ring + given this app the permission to make notifications + even selected the tone for this app on my phone setting yet it doesn't work.... The short duration to check in + the mute notification makes it hard if you are in the middle of work or meeting or if cooking or in shower or simply if you were watching tv...
