1 ★ My lock goes down to often and then it takes forever to get help with the lock. My lock is installed on my store for paying customers to have after hours access every time this lock goes down its a week or more because tech support only responds by email once a day. For such an expensive lock we should have more access to tech support. I'm about to ditch this damn lock to the scrap pile.
2 ★ Initial support was good. After the device was replaced once due to not connecting to WiFi access 2 feet away. Replacement started the same behavior roughly 6 month after and now I'm getting no response for support. Like the idea, like the options, not happy with long term durability.
