5 ★ A versão atualizada está excelente e bastante intuitiva.
3 ★ As corridas em geral são mais caras que nos apps concorrentes, e por isso a disponibilidade de motoristas é maior. O app em si necessita de muitas melhorias: - O GPS dá muito erro. A localização do motorista frequentemente está errada, e não há a possibilidade de inserir o nome do estabelecimento. É necessário informar o endereço completo do local; - Não existe a possibilidade de inserir paradas; - Não é possível fazer o pagamento via débito, apenas crédito ou dinheiro.
1 ★ O app diz que tem login com o Facebook, mas ao tentar, da erro. Os servidores demoram muito pra responder e as vezes nem funciona. Precisei do app pra ir a um compromisso com horário marcado e o login não funcionava.
1 ★ Aplicativo cheio de bugs. Pra chamar o motorista, simplesmente não aparece a confirmação do destino. No mapa diz que o motorista está do outro lado da cidade, porém ele está na sua frente. Motoristas já perderam dinheiro por problemas na plataforma de vocês, nunca mais uso.
2 ★ App feito pra ser usado só quando outra opção não está disponível na região, porque como escolha primária é inviável. Pouco intuitivo, não tem opção de parada no app, nem de pagamento com cartão de débito, fora que o estorno leva semanas e é um sacrifício pra uma pessoa de verdade te atender. Os motoristas se esforçam, mas o app tem que melhorar muito ainda.
1 ★ Todas as corridas cobram a mais, e valores que são absurdos... Mais facil chamar um taxi pq se deixar é mais barato 😡aplicativo cheio de problemas ....
1 ★ App cheio de erros. O mapa constantemente dá bug, em determinadas áreas o aplicativo não loga (fica carregando e não abre, mesmo com conexão) já fiquei na mão várias vezes.
1 ★ Gostaria muito de usar, mas ja to a meia hr tentando cadastrar e não enviam o código...ai quer q eu use como? Fora q é Uma besteira precisar desse recebimento
3 ★ Tem maior disponibilidade de motoristas, porém deixa muito a desejar no GPS. O percurso nem sempre é o mais rápido, não tem previsão na localização de motorista e não busca pelo nome de estabelecimento, sendo necessário digitar por completo.

1 ★ Me cobraram 2 vezes sem ter acontecido a corrida e não fizeram o estorno. E agora não consigo contato com o suporte.
