Description
All programs are specifically designed by the Victoria Police Physical Training Unit to assist applicants to meet the requirements of the Victoria Police fitness test.
A new selection of strength, body weight and running workouts have been designed to suit various fitness level and help you prepare for each fitness component. The bodyweight workouts can be completed anywhere, anytime with no equipment required.

5 ★ This app is a great start for people who are interested in Victoria Police. A suggestion I would like to make is also adding information on how to cope with night shifts and sleeping patterns as it is important to be mentally alert and to look after your health after the night shift. This app is also great for people who are already in the Police Force regarding nutrition.
