You must be at least 18 years of age to access and use Feeld.
The app is free to download and use.
Additional features are available when you join the Majestic Membership, an optional paid subscription service that funds the app’s development.
Subscriptions must be managed by the members and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the Play Store Subscriptions screen after purchase.
When a trial subscription is offered, the trial period begins when a member signs up for the subscription through their Play Store account. The subscription will be charged on the last day of the trial unless the member cancels at least 24 hours before trial ends.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the member purchases a subscription.
To cancel the Membership, members must cancel directly through their Play Store account.
Cancellations begin at the end of the current subscription period.
All purchases are billed to the payment method that you designate when you sign up for a Google Play account as part of your Play Store account and will appear as Google on your Play Store statement.

1 ★ Zero stars. They took a functioning app and destroyed it overnight. So many bugs! Unable to log in for days, duplicate profiles, 30 likes suddenly disappeared, unable to send messages to people who have liked me. Many other glitches. They removed the essential feature to be able to see how far away someone is. Such a tragedy. I used to love this app.
2 ★ Maybe decent, but buggy app. Makes me send an email to login once every day or two, sometimes twice a day (which always takes several minutes). Tried to contact support via the chat on their website, but have only been met with a "messages failed to load" every time regardless of resets. If this were resolved, I would give more substantial stars. The app seems relatively easy to use once logged in, though I'm still relatively new.
1 ★ It seems they've mostly fixed the bugs since the update, but the update got rid of distance indicator. As somebody who travels a lot for work, it is infuriating to not know where people are generally. It is a shame to develop a connection and then find out they're nowhere near you. Feeld, please bring back some kind of location indicator.
1 ★ Update 1/1/24: I advise you just ignore it until March 2024. Maybe it will be better then? They relaunched the app with a lot of changes last month. There's lots of bugs right now. Pictures don't load. It's really buggy right now and I think that people just aren't using it. Support just tells you over and over again that the developers are working on the bugs around the clock, which is disingenuous frankly. There's no bug tracker. **Communication from the organization has been non-existent.**
1 ★ Unfortunately, the app is unusable and there is zero support. It worked decent in the past, if you don't count the countless fake profiles and non stop glitching/crashes, but has gotten considerably worse in recent months. A large majority of the profiles are fake, but worse that that, my partner and I have been unable to access our messages for weeks now (despite uninstall/reinstalling the apps). It's a nice concept, but the app itself is simply disappointing and the support is non-existent.
1 ★ I got screwed out of money AND a subscription. THEY canceled my membership and I was fine with that. Yet, I was charged for a renewal. Not only was I charged but I did not have the subscription features in the app even though I was charged. It has been at least 4 months of me contacting them for my refund, the rep activating a subscription instead of doing what I requested (refunding me), and then getting ghosted by not one but two reps for FEELD. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!
1 ★ The concept is great but the execution as always been glitchy to put it nicely. However after the recent update (I use that word reluctantly) it's surprisingly worse. I've had good luck finding connections in the past so I occasionally go majestic to support the app and make it more effective and this time around my account was erroneously blocked a couple days after purchasing , reach out to support & after 2 automated response it's been silent for days . Use at your own risk.
1 ★ I liked the idea of linking the partner's profile. The app was always glitchy but usable, and I paid to support it getting better. I also met a few nice people. After a recent update, however, my account just stopped working. Support said, "things are moving a bit slower than usual. This is temporary." But I was never able to get back in and support stopped responding. So I moved on.
2 ★ Great in theory, but SO GLITCHY!! The premium features are misleadingly advertised. Refused to give me a refund when I requested after only a few minutes of having premium because it didn't work. That said, it's pretty much the only place to meet poly ppl online, so I guess I'll put up with it but they're not getting my money until they fix it!!
1 ★ The app conceptually is great, but it was fine in execution. It was pretty glitchy, would bugout, and the messaging was rough. Even so, it was usable. I've even met some cool people. After the latest update, it's practically unusable. Kicks me out constantly, I can't update my photos(it won't let me add any new pictures), and basically, all of the previous problems were heightened... but it looks nicer. It's a bummer, but I'm not keeping an app I can't even use. Hope they fix it eventually.
1 ★ From a slightly buggy but functional app to something that is so glitchy it has been rendered pointless. The latest overhaul has completely broken the functionality of the app and none of the little updates to "smooth things out" appear to have actually fixed any of the problems. I've already cancelled my membership and will not be using this app unless some big changes happen.
1 ★ I made the mistake to subscribe for a full year before the update, now I don't get my daily pings which is a subscriber's feature. I contacted customer support multiple times and all they say is that they fixed the issue / I should reinstall the app / get the latest version... I did all of these even before I contacted them... It was a good app but not anymore.
1 ★ The app has gone from bad to worse. The new update didn't fix any problems with the overall sluggishness of the app. Additionally, there are endless spam accounts, unlinked couple profiles, and even linked couple profiles that don't match my gender settings. Filters are limited and I see no meaningful QOL updates in the newest version. Customer support has essentially ghosted me without even verbally acknowledging my issues with the app. Oh, and even the new icon/logo is a downgrade.
2 ★ Dropping to 2 stars after latest update. Previously, you could use GPS to set location, then you could just use the app based on your location with or without GPS. Now if you turn GPS off, the app won't work. Also, what happened to the distance information? They say "your city is now part of your profile" but, I don't see any of that at all. App was fine before this overhaul, now it's a wreck. Devs today need to learn that "if it isn't broke, don't fix it."
1 ★ This app WAS good and the concept is great. I've personally met some great people off of here but it just keeps getting worse and worse. How about you take the time to fix bugs in your app before you redo the aesthetic? Like maybe have it so it actually works. I never get message notifications, half the time I have to restart the app to do anything, and I haven't been able to swipe for 3 days because the timer keeps resetting. I would consider paying for it to swipe more if it worked but..
