โปรแกรมตรวจรับคอนโด เป็น Application ที่สามารถ run ได้บนระบบ iOS และ Android ใช้งานผ่าน Smartphone ได้ทั้งแบบออนไลน์ และออฟไลน์ รองรับโครงการทั้งขนาดเล็กและขนาดใหญ่ที่มีหลาย ๆ เฟส และมีจำนวนห้องมาก ๆ
- ทำไมเจ้าของโครงการต้องใช้ซอฟท์แวร์ช่วยในการตรวจรับห้อง ?
การตรวจรับห้อง คอนโด บ้าน หรือที่อยู่อาศัย แบบเดิม ๆ ทางเจ้าของโครงการจะมีแบบฟอร์มในการตรวจรับและมีการเขียนคำอธิบายของ Defect หรือปัญหา ข้อบกพร่องที่เกิดขึ้นต่าง ๆ ภายในบริเวณห้อง ด้วยกระดาษ และวาดภาพประกอบคำอธิบาย แต่ละฝ่ายทั้งผู้รับเหมา, ลูกค้า, เจ้าหน้าที่โครงการเซ็นต์เอกสาร แล้วก็ส่งมอบให้กับหน่วยงานโดยเก็บเข้าแฟ้มแล้วก็ถ่ายเอกสารให้กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือให้กับลูกค้าเอง

ระบบจะช่วยจัดแบ่งหมวดหมู่ของงานตรวจรับ สามารถถ่ายถาพ Before และ After ประกอบ พร้อมวาดภาพระบายสี หรือเขียนวงกลมแสดงตำแหน่งที่เป็น Defect ทั้งยังสามารถเซ็นต์ชื่อผ่าน iPad และข้อมูลพร้อมถูกส่งให้กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ทันที ผู้บริหารสามารถดูรายงาน Dashboard ภาพรวมทั้งหมดของโครงการ สามารถนำข้อมูลไปวิเคราะห์เพื่อบริหารจัดการได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
