Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.

1 ★ This app would be great tool if it was working coreectly! The sign in button wasnt working. Had to close and reopen app then I was able to log in. I tried to submit pot hole request but it crashed.

1 ★ This app has too many error issues, I tried to register and claims my email is already taken! So I go to the forgot password and errors that my connection failed!

1 ★ The app has many known bugs, and the developer just sends a canned response rather than correcting the many issues being reported. Location services must be set to High Accuracy in order for the app to find your current location. Fine. Inputting an address manually takes longer than expected (slow servers?), which gives the impression that the app has stopped working. I've only had success submitting reports at home using high speed wifi. When submitting a saved photo, the app automatically rotates the image counterclockwise. It shouldn't be this difficult. Do we need to speak with the local media or city leaders to get these issues addressed? End users complain...nothing happens. People writing the checks complain...maybe we will see an update.

1 ★ there are several issues that need to be resolved. the app is slow, freezes and does not allow to "flag" the location on the map even though it seems to require it to proceed. I tried several times to report issues. I pull over and waste time uploading the info. I'm never able to upload it. absolutely horrible app. the previous one worked great.

1 ★ Received verification code through email and even if I copy/paste the code as it appears the verification fails every time

1 ★ The app sucks. I can't ever find what I need and when I do it doesn't work. I had no trash pick up and couldn't file a report on the app because first it wouldn't set my location and it kept giving an error message. I finally just called 311 only to be told unless the rest of the street called they wouldn't just come pick up my bin. WTH do I have to pay a monthly fee on my CPS bill? Useless!!!

1 ★ Great idea, but terribly programmed. Glitchy and not use friendly. Opens to "funny" sayings, except they're not funny. Try actual intelligent quotes. Uploading the location is hit or miss. Mostly miss. It automatically reads your location, (government tracking?) w/no option to turn off. Half the time you can't input the correct location, or it freezes you out. Then multiple tabs with unmatching subtabs. Not worth the effort to use it. Hire an expert or don't bother.

1 ★ What happened to the location?? Basically, if you can't set the location by manually pointing on a map, and the only thing this new app lets you do is enter the full address, nothing will ever get reported... uggh ! dumb.... another way for the city to get worse and worse and have less things reported, I was gonna report a huge-deep pothole that can destroy anyone's rim, right on 410 access rd, and I know exactly where it is, but I don't have the exact address, that's plain stupid. I already passed thru there last night and wanted to report it when I got home. All you can do is enter exact address or use your exact current location... What do they expect me to do, stop my car in the middle of the road and choose "current location" ? or come up with an exact address to the access rd in the middle of nowhere? Do they want the mile marker from the city's highway blueprints too? INSANE.. This better be fixed, this will end up in the local news, you'll see.. We should call the media, this is SAN ANTONIO, the total reports will crawl to a screeching halt, nothing can be reported!!!

1 ★ Old App worked flawlessly, this one won't get past 'Enter Address' for reporting graffiti. Extremely disappointed that a brand new app is live and it is completely useless for reporting graffiti. I hope they get this fixed, my area is always getting tagged. The graffiti removal team has always been amazing, they are so fast to fix problems. Kudos to that department and crew who do the removal work. No kudos to 311SA App team. Look, you guys know you have a BIG PROBLEM. Look at all the 1* reviews. What is the plan? I have graffiti to report.

1 ★ Can't drop a location pin to show the location of the item you're trying to report. Categories needed to report traffic lights not functioning correctly or to report a Stop sign missing. Not interested in earning points or any other social connection. Just trying to use the app to report issues. The old app worked much better. I just downloaded this app today on a Samsung S7. Other reviews were accurate. Not a useful app in its current state.

1 ★ I thought I'd give this app a second try. After 3 tries to report grafitti I gave up because each time I got a message saying something like, 'Oops, we cannot complete your request'. I wasted 15 minutes to no avail. I will call 311 to report the issue. The old 311 app was great I hope COSA will bring it back.

1 ★ Couldn't even sign in. App was unresponsive and kept telling me to check my internet connection...which worked fine for all other apps and websites.

1 ★ There is no way to set your exact location on the map, typing the nearest address intersection isnt helpful when you are reporting problems in a park or on the riverwalk. Pictures upload overly zoomed and cant be cropped or rotated. There should be more categories or extra space to explain the issue. Your description does not display in the listing. Frequent "internet" errors on submit. Listing cannot be edited after submit. Issues are not acknowledged or closed without a repair or response.

1 ★ horrible app. On multiple occasions there was either a glitch or pop up thay said my flag would be posted once I had an internet connection, mind you I had stellar reception. I am completely disappointed and do not recommend this to anyone. I attempted to upload various issues needing attention only for it to walk me through the steps and never upload. Waste of time and effort, although a good idea that i was genuinely looking forward to using.

1 ★ Horrible! I've called and gotten no help. I try this app... and nothing keeps restarting, as soon as I think I'm done. Than takes you to a page and it literally says "We're testing your patience" like for real! You should also be able to post more than one picture of your problem. If I could give this app a 0 I would.
