1 ★ This has for years been my go to word processor, simple and easy to use. But recently on ALL my devices its become unstable, slow and a pain to use. I've uninstalled and then reinstalled with no updates and still useless. Its proving to unstable on my two devices and forcing me to rediscover Microsoft word.
1 ★ Don't buy this app. Trying to fool people. Ads do appear even after purchasing this app and still I'm a ordinary user not premium. I reinstalled this app but of no use still. What's the purpose of paying for this premium subscription and still an ordinary user. With pop ups asking to go Premium.
1 ★ If you decided to cancel the premium for a yearly sub. instead , at least give us a benefit or some sort of feature. We who bought it now regret that.
3 ★ I was happy with this app but unfortunately kingsoft office doesnt recognize that I have it and keep putting adds in, I have a subscription which is due in October but they are continually wanting more money. I also paid for my office and now it's full of adds.
1 ★ It's a useless app. You need to pay the same price even after downloading this app. You don't get any free access to premium features even after downloading this app.

1 ★ I have purchased the premium version since 2016 but IT IS NOT WORKING now, i have contacted the company many times and still they didn't solve it and they stopped responding to my emails. I haven't get benefits of the subscription for 2018 as it was gone without using the application. So my comments just about the communications and dealing with the their customers, otherwise the software is excellent.
1 ★ These people are fooling you, don't download this app. It's useless. If there would be option for —999999999, I would surely give. Don't download it. It is full of glitches and do not work properly. Even not any subscription is there
1 ★ Subscription paid but inaccessible. Cannot connect to restore purchase option. Receipt received but still ads throughout. Developers inaccessible. 1 star. The actual word processing program is very good and I have used it for a number of years but I am sick of the subscription issue turning up every year.
1 ★ Terrible. Premium subscription fails after every app update and then wps office premium reverts back to standard. Reinstalling not helping, numerous emails to developer support sometimes resolving this, but after next update it's happening again. Last time support just ignoring my emails. Going to cancel subscription paid for all year. Scammed.
2 ★ i can't get this app to do anything. I've tried taping it tight together, no good, tried leaving it apart, no good. tried several different ways to get the app to work, to no avale. i really like the app. but its very limited even when u pay for it...if there's someone, developer of the app, or someone that knows how to get it working, maybe I'm doin something wrong... i dunno!! wanna keep the app but not if, i can't use the features it says it has. i would rather try something else
1 ★ Same as others. Purchased the premium subscription, but now this week I start seeing ads. Very frustrating for an otherwise good app.
1 ★ the add ons, such as fonts ought to be included in the premium version of the software. As is it doesn't always recognize that you paid for it and demands you pay another $6-7 for it. These app developers need to stop thinking with their wallets and produce practical software.
1 ★ I want to cancel my subscription also. By the contact form I asked how I could change the pricing options. The answer I received stated I Must wait until the current subscription ends, then purchase the yearly plan. Also, was told on WPS website would get a discount for sharing on Facebook, which I did, but no discount. Further action will be requested through Google, in accordance with Google's Refund Policies.
1 ★ I purchased the premium version to convert a pdf to a document. The app didn't work it needed a font pack. I paid £9.99 for a font pack and it still doesn't work I would like a refund
