1 ★ Worked ok when first got it year ago. Used it several times all ok. Put away for awhile and needed it again. Charged transmitter, hooked everything up, scope lite up, connect via wifi, start app and nothing. It just spins. Tried everything to get it to work and just gave up. Hope a fix comes out.
2 ★ Worked great for the first month, I put it up to use it later, and now the scope still works but the app sucks, it just sits there and spins around doing nothing, I tried turning off my data and it still doesn't work, so what in the hell did y'all do to the "App",
3 ★ Turn off mobile data and works like a charm! Dropped 2 stars for the fact that this isn't mentioned. Should be clear in the app / instructions that mobile data should be off.
5 ★ worked first time very impressed well done . you have to turn on your WiFi device then go to your wi fi settings and click other devices on phone . then you will see HD Scope. click on that then your scope will work . .
1 ★ Junk. That's describes the app and the endoscope. Low quality. Hard to connect, even when connected the app fails.
4 ★ It worked perfectly. The only thing I can not seem to do is share the images taken. 5 stars would be given if I could send the pictures and videos I have taken to others.
2 ★ I got the product downloaded app connected to my Wi-Fi but the application don't have control for the light on the camera so if I put it in a pipe or drain I won't be able to see total darkness I will edit my review if problem is resolved
1 ★ Junk, spins n spins n spins. Don't bother, useless
1 ★ starts up and then crashes. "authentication error occurred" will not connect with any device.
3 ★ Have to turn off mobile data (and connect to the scope's WiFi) for it to work. Sadly the app is just a bit disappointing.
1 ★ Installed it as per item I purchased and the dam thing keeps coming up with errors when trying to locate a wifi connection...it is total JUNK! Do not install.
1 ★ Works for 30 seconds then freezes. Won't work again unless you restart your phone. Rubbish.
1 ★ Just does not work even though connected to the specified ssid. Tried airplane mode disabling data switching and turning off data no luck.
2 ★ you have to connect to WiFi turn mobile data off then it will connect as stated a few reviews down.. they need to stress that so everyone knows mobile data somehow blocks it go figure 🤔
