1 ★ I closed my ride but after sometime I got message they charged me 15 euro and I didn't ride and so I want my refund but no support to contact so guys be careful , remove your card just after finishing your ride
1 ★ Scooter would not work. I was not given an option to state that I had a problem. I was just charged for a ride I did not take.
5 ★ 5 Stars because I like the 25 Km/h speed limit and because of the 2 types of the brakes. I will be using them more 😁
4 ★ App doesn't show unlock code so I couldn't use scooter but it charged money for it. I want refund

1 ★ Δεν μπόρεσα να βάλω λεφτά στο wallet και η εφαρμογή έχει πολλα bugs.
1 ★ Αφού ενεργοποιησαμε δύο πατίνια σαν παρέα, διαπιστώσαμε πως η μέγιστη ταχύτητα του ενώς ήταν 8 χιλιόμετρα με γεμάτη μπαταρία. Αμέσως κάναμε παύση στο δεύτερο πατίνι για να κάνουμε αναφορά του προβλήματος. Δεν υπάρχει καμία τεχνική υποστήριξη. Αναγκαστηκαμε να κλείσουμε τα σκούτερ, μιας που δεν βρήκαμε κανένα τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας με κάποιον αρμόδιο. Παρεπιπτόντως η χρέωση συνεχίστηκε ενώ τα πατίνια ήταν σε παύση, μέσω της εφαρμογής.

5 ★ Πολύ ωραία εφαρμογή και εύχρηστη, με όλες τις απαραίτητες λεπτομέρειες. Τα πατίνια είναι αρκετά γρήγορα και άνετα, πράγμα που τα καθιστά πιο καλά από άλλων εταιριών.
1 ★ Δυσάρεστη εμπειρία. Το πατίνι δεν λειτούργησε, η δωρεάν βόλτα δεν ήταν δωρεάν, έχασα χρόνο και 2,5 ευρώ.
