1 ★ I had downloaded the app previously and then it crashed so uninstalled it, now I cannot reinstall the app. I have tried multiple times to reinstall but it stays on "pending" even after an hour. Its getting a bit beyond a joke when we are told we need this for work but it won't install on my phone.
1 ★ This app does not work. It is constantly stuck on loading page, and when it finally loads, rosters don't load. Very unreliable.
1 ★ I don't know how its possible but my app logged me in as another user and i cant seem to log back in again with my own details. Is this some sort of glitch? I have been using it for over a year, this app has been nothing but a nightmare. Now my and another user's information has been compromised.
5 ★ Started glitching badly even after the update. Deleted it, reinstalled and now it won't bind to my workplace. Issue was fixed ASAP, cheers, I really appreciate it.
2 ★ The App is Constantly crashing or failing to load. Access denied or will not load. I have contacted the help desk numerous times so far the best responce was that it no longer supports android 6.0.1. But now the website access is failing to work as well on other devices. Sorry guys this is making keeping up with work even more difficult.
1 ★ Constant crashing of app, a really disappointing performance. All of sudden locked out, and now not recognising my login details. One more "unsuccessful attemp" and I'm locked out. Emails for "forgotten password" have not been received. I cannot expect my colleagues to download this when it's such a failure. Just at the download numbers, correlated with Aldi employees, and you have a dud product. Doesn't really meet Aldi standards.👎👎👎
1 ★ Most of the features on this app simply do not work, rosters dont load and I have been logged out mid session and had my account locked for too many incorrect password attempts without even making one. Also reading through other reviews I have seen the company responding to other reviews trying coerce 1 or 2 star reviewers into changing their review to 5 stars. This is honestly disgusting and an abhorebtly bad business tactic.
1 ★ Terrible will open load screen then nothing happens. Try refreshing the app by uninstalling and then retarting the phone then installing the app again to get the same issue. Open the main page which is blank then refresh and same thing. I just want to k ow when I'm working
1 ★ So you are aware of the problem - why hasn't it been fixed yet? I have uninstalled and reinstalled more than half a dozen times since Wed and your stupid up-dated app still wont work. Here's a solution - trash the up-date and go back to the older version - IT WORKED! Signed Pissed Off!
