Download the latest Sport Basics application, version 1.0.3, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Health & Fitness app is developed by suva.ch and is easy to download and install.

Description
The program consists of six basic exercises ("Basics") and 4 additional exercises ("Basics Plus"). With these additional exercises you train those body areas that are especially at risk in ball sports. When used regularly, you can reduce the risk of injury while improving your performance. The exercises by Kerstin Warnke, specialist were developed for Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine (SGSM).
Note: After installing a video package about the size of 25 MB is recharged. To avoid long download times or high download costs, the download of the video package is recommended to availability of a Wi-Fi access. If during the installation of the application no Wi-Fi access to be available, the video download can be skipped and rescheduled at a later date.
