2 ★ Terrible UI. Saving options should be rather called "saving" options. I am now considering switching to other provider. Main reason being terrible call quality while calling abroad. All in all, avoid. You can get similar info about your account texting STATUS on 255
3 ★ The app itself has improved a lot, and it is pretty good by now. Not much problems with the coverage either. I am missing however the "unlimited data" from the services. I am willing to pay the same fee, what any other provider offers, but right now they have this option only with serious speed limitations. Or you can pay like CHF 10.- / Gigabyte. This is absurd. I am considering to switch the provider.
1 ★ App does show any useful information (e.g. available credit). Buggy. Not transparent about selected plan. Now difficult to navigate/find key info. You've taken something that was maturing into a useful administrative app and turned it into garbage. Screen shots in Play Store are from a previous, useful version of the app.
2 ★ Last time I used the app it was ok, and worked. I simply want to top up but there are no options to do this. I will switch provider as soon as possible as this poor app has cost me time and money.
1 ★ Updated app doesnt show my balance anymore, and has misleading usage data (zero minutes zero MB used), but suddenly you get sms tellig balance low. Wft
3 ★ Since the last update usage history is stuck to 0, so I can't retrieve details of calls cost/data consumption...too bad, it was much better before
2 ★ Provides inadequate data to track your usage. Furthermore, data is often unavailable. Seems obvious that they don't really want you to figure out how to save money. I'm on the edge of switching to another service!...
1 ★ I don't understand. The same username and password works on the website of Lebara however it shows 401 error on the app. This is crazy.
2 ★ Can't log in. Can log in only on the website. Kind of defeat the purpose of having the app.
