2 ★ There is so much to improve I don't know where to start...

5 ★ Beim letzten Update war es etwas stressig zu starten.... Nicht nur war die App nicht mehr auffindbar sondern ich musste meine Handynummer angeben, komplett anmelden und suchen wo meine Mehrfahrkarten nun zu suchen waren. Alles bei der Bushaltestelle... Soooo einfach mit einem Fingerwisch zum ÖV-billet war das also überhaupt nicht, diesmal...
3 ★ Ganz nett, aber noch viel verbesserungspotential!

1 ★ Die Tickets sind immer erst nach 5 Minuten gültig. So sieht es aus als hätte ich diese während der Fahrt gekauft. Nebst dem werden Tickets teilweise nicht angezeigt.
1 ★ Fahrpläne die man auch offline ansehen kann, hab' ich nicht gefunden. Unbrauchbar bei teurem Roaming, sprich, verursacht unnötig Kosten wenn alles was ich wissen will ist um welche Zeit eine bestimmte Linie an einer bestimmten Haltestelle abfährt. Ohne KI, Location, etc.
3 ★ Bisher sehr oft verwendet, aber seit heute erkennt die App zwar die nächstgelegene Haltestelle, meldet dann aber, es könnten nur Tickets innerhalb des Libero-Gebiets gekauft werden...
2 ★ Auch nach dem Update kann man ohne Geolokalisation keine Tickets kaufen. Völliger Blödsinn. Ich brauche nun die App Libero Tickets, die können das.
3 ★ Die App ist eigentlich sehr praktisch, aber leider hat sie nervige Bugs die einfach nicht gefixt werden. Mich stört am meisten, dass die App nicht in der Lage ist ihre State korrektzu speichern! Ich verwende die App für Mehrfarhtenkartenund diese werden regelmässig in einem alten Zustand dargestellt. D.h. ich öffne die App und die Mehrfahrenkarte erscheint direkt mit noch zwei freien Fahrten. Will ich eine entwerten, heisst es dann "es sind keine Fahrten mehr vorhanden". Dann gehe ich zurück und will eine neue Mehrfahrtenkarte kaufen. Dort wird aber immer noch die alte, eigentlich vollständig entwertete Karte angezeigt. Nun muss ich gefühlte 5s warten, bis dieser alte Eintrag verschwindet, weil sonst regelmässig die Menüpunkte genau dann um einen Eintrag verschoben werde, wenn ich einen anklicken will und ich somit im falschen Menü lande! Sowas habe ich noch in keiner andern App erlebt und es ist erstaunlich wie oft das Timing genau passt damit es nervt. Warum?!
2 ★ Die App funktioniert oft nicht wie sie soll und bleibt hängen beim Ticketkauf und beim Entwerten einer Mehrfahrtenkarte ist dies blockiert weil die Abfahrtsort Suche nicht funktioniert. Ich wünschte mir auch, dass die App dem neusten Stand der Dinge angepasst würde. Adaptive Icon wäre nett. Man muss nicht unbedingt von de Material Design Richtlinien abweichen, es sei denn, es gibt einen guten Grund dafür. Ob eine Mehrfahrtenkarte digital tatsächlich so dargestellt werden muss ist auch fragwürdig. Positiv ist aber, dass ihr hier Stellung zum Feedback nehmt.
4 ★ Hi guys nice app! Digitalisation is the way! Can you please improve the Twint integration ? It's not nice to go out of the App to introduce a code in another App and go back to resume. This can be improved so that the approval is given via code / fingerprint or even pre-approved for small amounts.
4 ★ Eigentlich gut entwickelt, nur eins stört mich: Wenn man in eine andere App und zurück wechselt, wird die Startseite geladen. Ärgerlich, wenn man nochmal kurz nachschauen möchte, was man zuletzt gesucht hat. Auch ein Suchverlauf scheint zu fehlen. EDIT: Das ging ja schnell, Hut ab! Das wechseln zw. Apps geht jetzt problemlos, waren Sie das? Top Kundendienst, 5/5
1 ★ Wenn man eine 6er Karte kaufen möchte stürzt die App regelmäßig ab. Somit hat die App für mich keinen Wert mehr ....
