Description
Travel safe and worry-free with Travel Admin, the FDFA's travel app. Travel Admin helps you prepare for your trip, and provides useful information and services on the go – not just in the event of an emergency. The app is also an invaluable tool should a crisis occur at your destination.
To fully utilise the app's features, register your trip details, accompanying travellers and emergency contact information.
Travel Admin was developed for the needs of Swiss travellers:
- Enter your travel details into Travel Admin to keep destination information readily available for both you and your travelling companions. You can share your travel details with your own contacts at the touch of a button and easily update your current location at any time while travelling. This enables the FDFA to inform you about the current situation on the ground and the options available for leaving a crisis-affected area.
- Customise the practical checklists to meet your specific travel requirements.
- Prior to your trip, you should also consult the FDFA's travel advice – available directly on the app. The FDFA's country-by-country travel advice provides safety and security assessments, focusing on the political situation and crime, and general recommendations for travelling abroad.
- The app also gives you instant access to the address, contact details and website of the nearest Swiss representation, enabling you to contact it directly by phone, Skype or email.
- The app provides worldwide access to a country's emergency services numbers (fire brigade, police, ambulance) directly from your mobile phone's home screen.
- The app also offers information and services from private sector partners on travel-related topics, such as Swiss news, mobility tips, and medical emergency contacts abroad.

Travel Admin 3.0.1 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

1 ★ Country search isn't working on android 8.1.0. Obsolete GUI design. Last release date 11.08.2017, no comment...
1 ★ Don't pretend that this app is available in French when only a few titles are in French and all the rest in German. What a shame!
3 ★ Android 9 tells me that this App was built for an older Android version and might not work properly. Please update the App.

1 ★ You want to make this app better? Find the arrogant, incompetent person who developed it, and fire him/her! 1. "Reisehinweise". Dear Swiss German developer, why is the title in German?? 2. When you open the app, why is it in German? Why does one have to know that "Einstellungen" means "settings" and go there to change the language? 3. Profile. I had to click on "forgot my password" to be able to find a page where I could CREATE a profile in the first place!!! Terrible app, terrible mindset.
1 ★ What good for is this Travel App if it's only in German? Installed... and uninstalled :-(. What a shame for Switzerland who most often sticks out of the mass in a very positive manner!

1 ★ Diese App war bisher nutzlos. Keine wichtigen Informationen werden übermittelt. Selbst Aufrufe der Regierung werden nur verzōgert weitergeleitet. Verlassen sie sich nicht darauf!
1 ★ Funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Der Bundesrat möchte dass sich alle Schweizer im Ausland sich registrieren, jedoch kann ich keine Reise erfassen (das senden Feld ist grau und lässt sich nicht anklicken, man kann auch nicht scrollen um weitere Daten einzugeben). Wenn es so wichtig ist könnte man ja wenigstens ein funktionierendes App bereitstellt. Am PC kann ich auch keine Reise erfassen also lasse ich es einfach sein.

4 ★ Apres la dernière mise à jour les problèmes ci-dessous sont réglé. Merci ‐-------------------------------------------- Support français insuffisant Pas compatible avec les versions android 8.0 Ce n'était pas la peine de faire un courrier papier pour informer de la mise a disposition d'une application aussi mal finie.
