This is an ultimate Guest List App for smart event professionals, PR agencies, and exhibitors. Avoid the hassle of the paper-based guest list, do the check-in on your smartphone or tablet! Works great with large RSVP lists 2000+!
The app requires no back-end server, Guest list management can be done in Excel or Google Sheets by exporting it to CSV and loading to Google Drive.
Guest List works offline, no internet connection is required during the event. However, Internet connectivity is needed for you to log in and setup the App, add events, guests etc.
HOW TO IMPORT GUESTS TO THE APP
✓ Create a CSV file with 3 header columns: First Name, Last Name, Email Address
✓ Add First Name, Last Name, Email Address for each guest/visitor
✓ Upload CSV guest list file to your Google Drive
✓ Start the App, create your Event, press "Import from CSV" button
✓ Locate the file in Google Drive and press "Select"
✓ You will now see all your guests/visitors in the App
We also support MailChimp, Mailster and Microsoft Excel CSV formats.
HOW TO SYNCHRONIZE OFFLINE GUESTS
✓ In case you are using multiple devices and want to synchronize guest list between them simply drag it in App!
✓ Your events and guests will be synced after that
✓ You will need an Internet connection to keep your devices synchronized

1 ★ It's a free app but you have to pay a 3 month subscription for $197.32 in order to use it. Definitely misleading.
4 ★ There's no pricing option for single event...we just have 1 event per year and we only have option for package pricing
1 ★ Has many limitations such as partial cvs export, no multiple guest delete. Does not worth the money.

5 ★ I've been using this app for work (events), and I greatly recommend Guest List to my colleagues and friends for its simplicity yet effective, along with its uncomplicated process of data importation. Also, support team of the app is outstanding; Quick to revert to concerns, they were able to immediately identify and solve app problems. (Within 2 hours, they were able to fix their app that I had installed in 8 android tablets).
1 ★ Waste of money ... So Back dated. Doesn't sych with anything ... Can import contacts or select contacts from fb/google/sim/ or anything else... Need a tedious process of building csv files or MANUAL entry for each guest .... Simply Ridiculus :( wasted 11 Euro for an event I cant manage ...
2 ★ It charges 11 euros per event! Ridiculously expensive. I'm not one who thinks that everything should always be free, but this is too expensive.
