5 ★ Easy to use, accurate, and informative. I added several locations as favourites so was able to see at a glance the forecasts for the next few days in all those places. Then can zoom in on a particular place and day for hourly information. Next time I'm in Switzerland I will use it again. Outstanding
3 ★ Overall not a bad app, but usability is somewhat weak. One of the most obvious use cases - namely checking the weather for a specific location (other than where you currently are located) - is quite cumbersome. You need to find the nearest place on a map manually and then click on that. It would be nice to just have a search box instead...
5 ★ Its the most amazing weather app for switzerland that you can think of. If you are interested in meteorology the app helps you to learn a lot and understand and illustrate current weather conditions. They are continuously improving the app by adding nice new features like for instance the new weather-on-site with realtime rain radar/model information as well as webcam time lapses. Genious!
5 ★ This app has absolutely everything you can wish for in a weather app. In contrast to google weather for instance, this app provides you with all the nitty-gritty of weather forecasts (temp. curves, rainfall volume, etc.). As if this wasn't enough, it's completely ad free. Well done!
1 ★ On the latest version, crashes immediately when opening the app on my phone... Bummer since I really like the app overall. One feature I would enjoy having is to be able to just search for a city to look at its current weather without having to add it to the home screen.
3 ★ The app itself is great. Nicely designed and no ads. However, the forecast is woefully inaccurate. It can't even accurately predict what's happening later the same day, let alone 5 days in advance. It just suddenly changes when it becomes clear that it isn't snowing as meteoswiss suggests, so effectively, it's good for real-time weather measurements (though you could just look out of the window!) but not much else.
3 ★ Used to be nearly perfect. But with the last update they broke the UI. The weekly forecast tile can only be placed at the bottom. Detail view doesn't show wind anymore. Instead they are trying to force a weather on site tile on me which needs location services activated. Not going to happen.
2 ★ This used to be an incredible forecast, especially the rain radar. Something changed 1 year ago or so, I can't tell exactly. Please go back to your old models where in the morning one could tell precisely when a cloud would form and rain would drop in the afternoon. Now not even 10 min predictions is good.
3 ★ The new user interface is terrible. Made for average IQ person. Before it was a detailed and quick to access to the data and no need for sharing my location. Please have an option for advanced user to change the titles. Especially with weather on site
1 ★ Since last year your forecast is really bad. To top it, your updates of the actual weather are delayed and sometimes by hours. It does not add any benefit to include more features if the core one is let down. I loved your app in the past. Unfortunately is not the case anymore
3 ★ While the alert notifications at first seem useful they become annoying pretty fast. When you track a handful of locations there are new notifications popping up every 15 min. This is distracting because the screen lights up, there a lot of notifications and overreporting ultimatley is dismissed and the feature loses its usefulness. Notifying that a lake is flooding once per day seems enough to me, no jeed to keep reminding me every 30 min...
4 ★ Great app. Just one thing to improve: when you are out of the country the "current location" displays a random location at the edge of Switzerland in the corner that is closest to your location. This can be confusing.
3 ★ The information is very accurate, however the gui has a lot of room for improvement to say the least, and the notifications system is horrendous to the point that I had to deactivate them (1 notification per location instead of 1 with all locations + several identical notifications within the same minute)
5 ★ This has to be the best weather forecasting app I have ever used. Whilst on holiday in Switzerland I found this to give clear and detailed advice especially for the short term rain forecasting. This even includes projected rain intensity which I don't recall seeing anywhere else.
4 ★ Great app, more accurate than any other provider (for Switzerland). The only thing I would change is adding the current temperature to the home screeb widget. Just like iOS has it in the very same widget. I don't understand why it's missing on Android.
