App permissions

My GHMC 5.2 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows an app to access approximate location.

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

1 ★ While raising the complaint application will consider without any issues but when the complaint is forwarded to the GHMC department, they will call and say that area doesn't belong to them and the complaint is closed without any resolution.

1 ★ Worst app. They need to work alot on this app to work properly. Every time I try to use it, Network not responding flashes.

1 ★ Not working as stated, showing ward wrong number, and not showing the poling booth locations, selection of word not working, redirecting to selecet ward even though ward number typed. Waste application.

5 ★ Excellent service GHMC. They are listening the problem and fixing it. I called them earlier for garbage collection issue and they fixed it immediately. Salute GHMC

5 ★ Previous version well working and after updated new version dtd.26.11.2020 not working it's shows you can update new version and I try 5 times uninstalled and again installed new version but same problem repeated.Kindly solve this some bugs.

1 ★ Why should an app like this require all such kind of unnecessary permissions, like accessing my phonebook, media, manage calls etc...?? Strange indeed...

1 ★ worst experience always when i did payment no acknowledge, even the saved details also not migrated , for every time app update data losing,I think this is worst best App in the world

1 ★ Crashes at launch. Insufficient testing before rolling out the new version is a sign of unskilled developer with negligence towards technology.

1 ★ App not working.. It's asking for update... After update only home screen wallpaper is appearing.. not moving any further...
