Description
According to information provided to La Libre Afrique by its spokesman, Claude Kazadi, the presidential candidate for the polls on December 23, Alain Daniel Shekomba, launched an operation called "Tindapv" (send the pv) to set up a parallel monitoring of election results. We know that a majority of Congolese do not trust the Ceni, deemed acquired in the regime of the president out of Joseph Kabila mandate.
